- Our buddy's 1960 ford f100 was in dire need of a mini notch, since he was riding on his bump stops! Today we install a weld in mini notch, as well as new lower shock mounts to drop the shocks 2".

That reminds me of when me & my twin brother did that to his old Nissan truck (Blacksmith), it had a mat black paint job & a few custom touches to the interior. Then he smashed it into a dump truck, then a pole, he walked away without a scratch. His truck was totaled though!

What was done to lower the front end like that?
Honesty not sure, its still a straight axle.. my guess is drop axle and drop leafs ( or axle flip ), there were no blocks or anything like that under the front.
can I do the same thing to my 1980 f-100 motor and trans are done but want to lower it ? Chris H

Not sure on the tank. My best guess is some sort of 90s/00s ford car or suv. He bought the truck after the fuel tank swap.

Not sure haha friends truck. Its a short bed, I'm sure theres some dimesnions listed on google. The front end has a drop axle for sure, may of also had a block and or raised leaf mount. The front axle was extremly close to frame.
