Wrecked Aprilia Completed! Troubleshooting & Cost Breakdown | 2014 Aprilia RSV4

ITS DONE!!! My Aprilia RSV4 is on the road! What a journey!!
In this video I took care of troubleshooting the engines code using the Guzzidiag diagnostic tool.
At the end of the video I summarized the total cost of this project! It was a lot more work than i anticipated, but it was 100% worth it!
When I first started the bike it was throwing codes related to the intake air pressure sensors. It turns out the previous owner disconnected them when he originally tore the bike down.
I reconnected the sensors ... BUT I HAD ANOTHER ISSUE!!! the bike wouldn't rev above 7000RPM.
Once I reconnected the upper fuel rail the bike was 100% and ready for the road!
WHAT A JOURNEY!! this bike was an exciting challenge and I'm so glad I went through the whole process! thanks again for watching!
The manual from AF1racing and the Guzzidiag software are key to the diagnostic process!

LOL!! thanks Grant!! luckily the ABS lights turn off after the bike rolls a couple feet ... the system calibrates the sensors after the battery is disconnected.

good video im building a 2014 rsv4 and bought it with no key and broken ignition.
were did you get your dash and key from

Do you know the code for the dash from the previous owner? without the code you will need to buy the dash, ignition and key that match each other. check out my previous video (I went through the same issue)
I bought the dash from someone on the www.apriliaforum.com/forums/forum.php
Search through the buy and sell group. MAKE SURE THEY KNOW THE CODE!!! or that it is a new dash.

Runs beautifully! I installed the ram air intakes after this video … they were on back order for a while!

thats what mine did when it dropped a valve and destroyed my motor rendering the bike junk since they discontinued the pistons no im out 13k$
