Hi Erin & Clarissa! You two are hilarious to silent to! You have great stories, I am one of those people that do return my room keys, if I have room keys, because most of the time I use the Digital key on the hotel app. I Checkin through the app, they send me the key and I can bypass the front desk and go directly to my room. Then checkout through the app and usually do not have any keys to return. But if I do have them, I usually return them and if I do not return them, since I always stay in Hilton Branded properties you can usually return them to another hotel, they do not care and will use them. They do like it when you return them because they do reuse them. I will also check my bill on the app and if there is an issue, I can call them and take care of it after the fact. As for being on a plane and checking what is on my neighbors computer screen, yes I have done that, but not their phones, that screen is too small to look at. Looking forward to watching your older videos and the new ones as they come out. Ken
