    What is the best practices you have observe in your city or municipality in terms of taxation and revenue?
    - For me it is by charging penalties like illegal parking. Because theres a lot of good things they can make with the money that they have collected. Like in WASTE MANAGEMENT. they can use the fund to buy P.P.E for the workers and also uniforms.

    The best practices that i'll observe in the municipality of san fernando la union when it comes in revenue and taxation is implementation of policies and Charging penalties like jay walking , illegal parking , Smoking ordinance, and more .one of the example of policy is motorcycle violation like Penalizing distracted driving or knowns as Republic act 10913 to avoid vehicycle accident . and republic act 10054 ,That's mandating all Motorcycle riders to wear Standard Protective Motorcycle Helmets while driving or else Providing Penalties Thereof. The money that they are collected will use to improve the municipality to make this better such as drinage, waste management or any project.. so that ..the official of san fernando are verry accountable when it comes in budget management they also responsible to advocate implementation , evaluation such as policies and decision making and also delivering excellent services to the city . In this time of pandemic the municipality of San Fernando prove that they are accountable and responsible for this situation . So that I'll feel that they are generous to delivering the best services to provide the needs of people's . One of the example are giving relief goods , I,ll observe that the action official of the city of san fernando La union are verry responsible for this kind of Services. In over 35 barangay in san fernando all relief goods were given. and officials in san fernando also distribute financial aid through programs in this crisis situation.Another one is Liquir ban they are stricly implement this in order to prohibited and observe the flow infected of corona virus diseases .They also implement restriction of non - essential travel and create facilities for swab test , In enhancing quarantine they are conduct patrolling, inspections and exercise visitorial power to enforce health protocols and community quarantine measures . In addition the municipality of san fernando wants to improve the agriculture and tourist attraction . And the action plan that they do are repairs drainage systems to prevent road flooding. and enforces parking violations to prevent traffic and cleanliness of the city also a tourist spot.

    Hello sir, can i ask a questions? How does fiscal ad affects our life? salamat po!

    • @masterhermzE-learningchannel
      @masterhermzE-learningchannel  Před rokem +1

      Imagine a government that performs corruption, where accounting and auditing are manipulated and public funds are misused by your public officials. Imagine a government that has no fiscal policies to control the collection of fees, and taxes, and assess the prices of procurement of goods and services. Would it not affect our life as ordinary citizens? Of course, we will be affected. Our government's efficient use of public funds determines what services we will get, how efficiently the programs are delivered, and how quality the goods and basic needs are provided. The fiscal ad gives you an understanding of what the government does to your taxes and how they manage public funds.
