☆☆☆☆☆ The Arch Picks Featured: ☆☆☆☆☆
Mouse: Logitech G PRO X Superlight // amzn.to/3XM8DRg
Keyboard: Ducky One 3 Mini (Cherry MX Red) // amzn.to/3NMP4ni
Mousepad: ALSISK XX // amzn.to/3D6RsAu
Display: LG 48GQ900-B 48” Ultragear // amzn.to/44G43Gp
For audio output, you need the following:
Headphones: Beyerdynamic DT 1990 // amzn.to/3PW3Sme
DAC: Toppins D10s Mini // amzn.to/3PVc06I
AMP: S.M.S.L SH-9 // amzn.to/3pCaVGd
NOTE: You might have to buy additional cables to connect
For audio input, you need the following:
Microphone: Shure SM7B // amzn.to/3NPTRnT
Pre-AMP for the Microphone: Elgato XLR // amzn.to/3PRjE1E
NOTE: You most definitely need to buy a XLR cable to connect the two.
To highlight why the Elgato XLR: Elgato has a software called Elgato Wave which is really nice and friendly to use for audio mixing and running live effects on your microphone input (E.g Noice cancel, EQ, Compressing) which makes streaming and everything a lot easier.
Setting up the Headphone, DAC, AMP, Microphone and Pre-AMP:
1. Shure SM7B → XLR cable → Elgato Wave XLR:
Connect the SM7B microphone to the Elgato Wave XLR using an XLR cable. The Elgato Wave XLR is an audio interface with a built-in preamp designed for XLR microphones like the SM7B.
2. Elgato Wave XLR Line-Level Output → Topping D10s Mini:
Connect the line-level output of the Elgato Wave XLR to the line-level input of the Topping D10s Mini using appropriate cables. This will allow the D10s Mini to receive the analog audio signal from the Elgato interface.
3. Topping D10s Mini → S.M.S.L SH-9:
Connect the Topping D10s Mini to the S.M.S.L SH-9 using an RCA interconnect cable. The D10s Mini will serve as the DAC, converting the analog audio signal from the Elgato interface to a digital signal that the SH-9 can process.
4. S.M.S.L SH-9 → Beyerdynamic DT 1990 Pro:
Connect the Beyerdynamic DT 1990 Pro headphones to the output of the S.M.S.L SH-9. The SH-9 will amplify the audio signal and drive your headphones.
Hope this spares you some headaches! :]

Arch is a channel that releases high quality videos on media like games, series and movies... aside from the shorter ones I guess :) - Zábava
Guys, I figured it out. I'm always losing Twitter arguments because I have fewer followers... we have to change that 😔😔
Help me speak the truth by having more followers (and to stay up to date with videos/events) by following me on twitter.com/Archmeton
Lest gooooo new vid!
SHUT UP, YOU NEED TO LEAVE
Maybe dont support a publically disliked misogynist? Would help. I love ur vids, but Andrew Tate is not it bro.
Great vid dude
@@DualityofLife Arch follows Tate "for the lols", wouldn't really call that support but more of just black humor
Making an hour long video of this quality in just a few months is honestly crazy impressive, especially compared to many youtubers who upload 3 ten minute videos a year that are by far not as good
SHUT UP, YOU NEED TO LEAVE
this hit me personally because i am those youtubers
:(
@@TrulyAtrocious I assure you I did not mean it personally
Heh, actually it's only 55:24 long ☝️🤓

I was born without a left hand and hearing Arch talk about disabilities and how “even if you got dealt a bad *hand* it’s not the losing one” made me so happy. So if you see this Arch, thank you. :)

Incredibly privileged to say I was involved with the early feedback stages of this video. Absolutely legendary stuff man, you should be proud of what you've done here with this piece of art.
Hey Arch, two things:
1. Amazing video was a great watch, thank you very much! :)
2. Please use a higher DPI and scale it down with sensitivity, it is so much nicer. It not only makes your movements smoother but it also slightly improves "reaction" times.
you should also look up the mouse's sensor and check at what dpi it starts 'smoothing' which there may be datasheets online or usually from benchmarks by testers. interpolation between input points is what gives more 'dots', which may negatively affect the accuracy of mouse movement. for example, with the gwtest benchmark for the superlight's hero 25k sensor: while logitech claims it supports 25.6k dpi without smoothing, there is noticeable difference in error when doing a circle drift test starting at 16k dpi, so you could assume that's when the smoothing starts. mouse manufacturers may also modify the firmware made by sensor manufacturers (e.g. pixart) so check for the mouse model itself instead.
you're like a slightly less serious, more joking Ahoy that uploads more than once every 80 years. very epic indeed
I read this as he said "time to get serious" 30:20.
yeah lol I love ahoy too. I guess I'm a sucker for deep voices, hour long videos, and simple stylizations

Two months well spent, Arch! The quality is simple, yet incredibly high level.
Came for the guide to gaming, learned how a PC works.
First of all, A++ on the editing. Great video and amazing quality. Second, awesome topic. This kind of thing is usually discussed in such boring or in such plain fashion, this is a great way to actually spread some useful Information, not only for todays market, but the near future market as well. Overall, amazing work
Much appreciated!
38:52 This part varies over very well to warthunder. You see the spawn point cost of your lineup of different tanks, but those who know how can figure out what battle rating the match is, so he/she/none knows that they will see annoying German tiger players who will be wrong at and stand still at 5.7 or are in a down tier, meaning they will have the more powerful tanks. Then they can plan the order of tanks they want to use.
as a blind german main yes
The visuals you make is so unique and a breath of fresh air. Phenomenal job!
True thath
He put overwatch guns onto a TF2 background. Instant loss for me.

@@zockertwins I simply do not care. That is beyond cursed. It is heresy.
When you were talking abt monitors and mentioned how qled were brighter, you reminded me of something a friend of mine who’s getting close to finishing their education to become an ophthalmologist and he told me how their have been multiple studies with statistically significant results showing a correlation between lower brightness settings and faster reactions times. So if you play on a lower brightness the studies have shown that you’re able to react to motion and events on them faster than if they were brighter. So if you want to min/max your reaction time try and play on as low of a brightness as you can to where it isn’t interfering with your visual clarity.
Super interesting. Thanks for sharing!
This video is a literal banger. Thank you so much for putting so much effort into this project!
Bro the joy I felt when I saw that Arch posted is unmeasurable. By for one of the best CZcams channels out there
This is one of the best CZcams videos I’ve ever seen. The editing and the storytelling is so good it keeps you entertained all the time. Fantastic work as always, Arch
this video released 11 mins ago, how tf did you watch all the 55mins already
@@skraxel its for the algorithm, people will read my comment and like and watch Arch’s video
@Benculas its for the algorithm
By far one of the best videos on CZcams and probably the best video for new people getting into the competitive gaming scene
The quality of this video is insane, from the good breakdowns to the refined animation, it leads to a super cool aesthetic and fun video to watch while still learning something. Keep up the good work!
If you keep making videos like these you're going to ascend my dude. This is such incredible quality, keep making vids bro.
defintely one of the videos of all time. Everything gaming compressed into one video but still goes in depth with each of the topics. As a person who gets distracted easily, I was able to stay engaged throughout the whole video. Good Job
I can't believe it!
I watched three videos and didn't even realize that there were only 6 vids uploaded! Your vids are amazing! i love the style and environment of them. I subbed as soon as i realized and can wait for more! :)
“Just because you got dealt a bad hand, doesn’t mean you got dealt a losing hand”. This one’s going in the quote book. 😊
Arch keeps pumping out these quality videos. Keep up the great work man!
Just wanted to say the visuals you make for these videos are very appealing and appreciated 😊
Man, this video is CRAZYYY GOOD! It has a lot of important information, all in one place, and it is not cluttered or confusing because of it! It will be one of those videos that people will use to recommend to new gamers, NO DOUBT!!
And, of course, the visual part is also really great! Your style is simple but gives a lot of identity to your videos, i really enjoy it!
I appreciate the very clear and boiled down breakdown of the internals of a computer, that stuff has always been pretty confusing to me and looking it up usually just left me more confused, but having it explained like it was in the video really helps it all make sense (especially with the generic visuals)
I have only been watching your videos for a while, but I can already tell this channel is destined for great things! Awesome work my guy.
This looks great so far! Just gonna wait for the subtitles so I can watch it. You’re awesome Arch, don’t overwork yourself!
Man I gotta say this video is purely amazing! I stayed entertained for whole time, the subject was interesting, video was amuzing, I finnaly learnd about internals, the animation style is so pleasing to the eye and this interaction with viewers by exercise about tracking, I just love this, I felt like you were talking specifically to me. Thank you so much for this masterpiece.
Loved the entire essay and it resonates eith my understandings deeply
Also ive noticed a healthy amount of pauses between and in between segments! You really do adapt quickly with any advice and it is nothing other than impressive dedication and passion to your work!
In my 900+ hours of Apex, I never grinded ranked for any self gratification because it just sucks the fun and life out of it.
Having no burden to bear while seeing you improve either via stats or noticing you win fights you previously lost is a way better feeling than hitting an artificial rank that shows little about your actual skill
10:26 I was watching this on my TV and I was terrified I had such huge bug in my room! Nice video so far though ^^
Amazing quality of contet! You keep making things even better. So, the mix of skill develepoment, good equipment and a comfy position are the keys to play the best and having fun while doing so, at least my interpretation.
Mate you’re amazing and I like your videos insanely. Just watched two, but on the road for more!
Perfect as always! This one helped me a lot to understand things such as simple DPI and sensitivity to read people's mind in games haha, thanks again
a 50 minute arch production? what did we do to deserve such a blessing
38:26 But also, you can get in loops! If the counter to the counter to them being in the next room is them being in the first room, then it becomes a parity gamble! Thinking *too many* steps ahead becomes a risk!
And again, it's a game of many as he said.
You can try and read how someone will play, but the opponent can as well, and on top of that, people can be random as hell and do wild things to throw you off completely by doing something you wouldn't think of. Which also varies game by game.
Excellent video mr.arch, love how much you care for the small details in your videos. It really shows the effort and love you put into these videos. Hope you continue to produce content of this quality going forward❤
The sheer quality of your videos is truly inspiring!
Hats off to this man for making such a quality video, keep the good work!
Every time I see that you upload I become insanely happy and they make me put on the straight jacket, great content man!
The quality of your content is insane! The visuals look AMAZING and I always watch your videos when I see them in my recommended. Your content is truly unique, and I hope you will keep making amazing videos.
Loved it, also loved the other vids, you are great as keeping me engaged and interested throughout the whole vid
The quality of his videos blow me away every time. Great vid
Dear Arch, your content quality level was incredible in the beginning and it is improving further. It is truly heartwarming to see content creators like you in youtube. Keep up the good work!
God it all looks so appealing well job on the visuals man, no expense spared
I love this video so much. Great work Arch!
I don't regret supporting you on Patreon. :)
You cant find this kind of well-made masterpieces on elsewhere on youtube.
Great video. I will say that a gaming chair is usually not the best for your back and what not and an office chair is where its at. Also red switches are decent but there are much better switches out there like the gateron yellows.
this is your best work yet. I kinda got bored of the shotgun and sniper videos 3/4ths in but this video kept me interested the entire time
Funny and entertaining content. It's amazing how you pump out these high quality animations so fast.
9:29, although it is very true that the input delay for wireless mice have decreased, especially on a budget one, you can still feel that delay. Wireless mice also are generally less reliable in comparison to wired mice at the same price as they have to mark it up to compensate for the wireless components, making other parts of the mice suffer (such as the sensor coming from personal experience)
Most high end wireless mice have click response times of ~3ms, compared to ~2.5ms when using the wire, no way you're feeling that difference. But yes, they are more expensive.
You dedicated an entire month to this video is just mind blowing
Your editing is so amazing! Even the content is very appealing, keep it up! 👍😃
Geweldige video man! Blijf zo doorgaan 👊🏻
Arch is the definition of quality over quantity! keep it up!!! Love the vids 👍
4:33 You forgot RGB, the arguably most essential part of any Gaming PC. Great video so far BTW.
SHUT UP, YOU NEED TO LEAVE
I love these, keep up the videos on these video essays
You make the absolute best videos I see out there in this genre absolutely one of if not my favourite channels you the best man
Even as a console player, half of this video is super usefull.
Thanks arch.
Thanks.
Watching the part where you explain in simplest terms what each PC component does has me about to implode. Don't get me wrong, it's an amazing way to explain each part to people who have no idea what anything does (like seriously, amazing job, I couldn't have explained it better myself cause I would've gone into way too much detail) but as a PC enthusiast I know how much is left out and it makes me want to drop a 5 page MLA formatted essay in the comments that no one will read
Incredible video! My favorite one on the platform. I really apreciate the time and efforts that you put into into your chanel. Just a note that you couldve talked about wifi/connection/lags in games
LOL, loved the tracing exercise :')
Amazing video Arch, keep it up
this is a great guide that must have taken forever to create. alas, covering so many topics there is bound to be stuff you can't quite cover, or a mistake or two, and I personally have a few nitpicks about the hardware section specifically. for example, you talk about generally what most the parts do, which is good, but you don't give recommendations for internals but you did with externals, and your externals were targeted at people with a unlimited budget (almost nobody I know plays on 4k or on a monitor greater than 27 inches, as well as 1080p/1440p panels being perfectly fine for competitive gaming, 120/144hz being the starting point of diminishing returns, response time of under 5ms is unnoticeably different from
how do you make an hour long video without your viewers getting bored. it honestly just impressive. also I love the art style in all of your videos
How on earth is this such a good video?! I usually quit long videos about 15 minutes in or so, but I watched the whole thing and genuinely learned a lot!
Absolutely incredible video as always, your style is so entertaining
Telling gamers to act nice is like telling countries to stop fighting eachother, it will never happen. I usually play with voice chat turned off so I don't have to deal with all the toxicity
Do you plan on only making videos on first person shooters, instead of making videos on something else in the realm of video games?
I will expand eventually
Glad to watch the best video on CZcams. Not only telling me what to fix but how to fix it. This is honestly the absolute best video I have ever seen on how to get better and I will definitely share it to my friend who always plays duo games with me. Glad to be one of the people who subbed before 250k!
I love your videos man, such high unity and worth the wait and only in a few months? Worth it
Two months*
Great video
I watched it in 1 min
you like to finish fast i see
your ass did *NOT* ⛔❌ watch the full video 🚫 🚫
The most important thing you forgot, is s l e e p,
without enough sleep you will play alot worse, you cant concentrate, you have a higher reaction time.
Even tough you didnt mention the "MoSt ImPoRtAnT tHiNg" this was a very fun video to watch, and again, unbelievably good made. Keep it up!
Ive played games for a long time and still was pleasantly surprised to learn new things about stuff I thought I already knew. Great video. Has made me take another look at my own hardware and understand generally what to look for. Thanks ❤
This video is Beautiful, everything is simple and straight to the point, one of the best 1 hour spent in my life!
Me watching Ep 1 knowing full well I will never in years upgrade my 200$ laptop

Intro gave me chills, ive been following cs since I was in my grandfather's lap, that series will be one of the best series I will ever watch. I only needed to hear the audio to remember the scene in my head.
You grew so fast my guy and you deserve it man keep up the good work
That ultrakill reference was so cool, love your videos so much always make my day.
I'm sorry Arch
I need my 5kg wired mouse, else I forget I'm holding one 🥺🥺
*A man of culture*
i only like them wired
The solution to the monitor size have been invented 30 years ago. It's called an FOV slider. The only reason people still circle-jerk that topic is because Valve, Riot and EA are too afraid to put it in their games. "Full bright enemies would kill the game." 2 years later they introduce enemy contrast option. "Letting people change FOV would add an unfair advantage." Yeah, as if. It didn't hurt Quake or TF2. Not to mention, most of CSGO pros would just put it at 60 right away. At least that way Valve and Riot won't encourage bad posture for millions of people.
Holy crap I never knew about half of the stuff before and didn't think much about it! Great Vid!
the prodoctuion quality on this video is just great, it felt like a very short video it was very fluid. Goodjob!!
This is a great video but I feel the title is a bit misleading in a way since there are people who play games on a console or with a controller to put into consideration as well as there are also just other types of competetive games that are completely different to fps games. I know fps games are what your channel more focuses on but I just wanted to put my thoughts out there anyways.
Let's face it: consoles and controllers suck azz and there's nothing anyone can do about it
DON'T CHEAP OUT ON THE CHAIR, I BEG OF YOU. DO NOT BUY GAMING CHAIRS, INVEST IN AN ERGONOMIC CHAIR OR ANY OTHER CHAIR, IT MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE. I BEG OF YOU.
I did this after years of only having cheapo chairs that would either fall apart after 1-3 years of use or would cause massive bottom and back pain. I now have a Haworth Fern which costed me over $1000 (Australian so like 600-700 USD give or take) and it has been one of the best investments I've ever made. I no longer have lower back/bum pain lol and can sit in it for many hours without issues. I know it's a lot of money to spend on a chair for most people and it was for me too but if people really value their health then listen to the commenter above me and do yourself a favour and get a good ergonomic office chair. Your back/butt will thank you.
Really appreciate this. I just started get into Risk
Love your videos dude, keep it up with the good work
It's quite simple, really. I see an Arch vid, and I click
This is one of the best videos I have ever saw keep up the good work 👏👏
100/10 video. Also, I love how out of all the other multiplayer games that could be used, you've got the singleplayer TABS playing in the background. But then again, maybe they are less relevant fp shooters.
If said it before and I will say it again, this is probably one of the best videos I have ever watched. Keep it up man!
I've been pc gaming since 2004 or so and i've tested all kinds of computers, mice, keyboards, games etc. But this was still a really interesting video to watch and SO well put together, thanks for putting the effort into making quality content
I love all of the references right from the start, seeing cs:go, ror2, and ultrakill in the first two minutes is great
the editing, visuals and pacing is amazing and the jokes are on point
Seriously underrated channel! Awesome job!
i realy like the quality of the videos, here on my country people do not even make documentaries of this quality, following you since the sniper vid
A new Arch video, AND an ultrakill reference! I love this channel!
I really appreciate the tme you spent on this and i thank you for explaining mind reading to me it was so cool
Ty brudda, i needed this.
Excellent video, loving the visuals, and some topics have been either not talked about like getting coached, watching replays, improving mechanically and theoretically, eating correctly, woking on your mental and physical health getting smurfs, griefers , boosters, account buyers, pay2win mechanics, forcing players to play the same meta characters, getting punished and fined for breaking the meta (yes, this happened in league). Maybe in part 2 (or episode 4)?
You deserve WAY more subscribers, these videos are so good and high quality!
absolutely love your videos, keep working!
wow this is a completely different type of video than any others on CZcams. You blew it out the park bro. I watched pretty much the entire video even though I already knew pretty all of the information anyways, it was just that entertaining. Keep it up! 🥶🥶
