I used to use lipliners as eyeliners often, I still do sometimes, but luckily brands have been releasing proper eyeliners in reds, oranges and pinks nowadays. Just A TIP: if you decide to do this or what Gaga is doing, make sure you label or mark that pencil in some way so that you don't later take that eyeliner to your eyes (if you've used it on your mouth) cause that is just an infection waiting to happen. I have always just used a label maker to stick on lip liners that I knew I was only going to use on my eyes. ❤
I have hooded eyes and I can't imagine having such a beautiful big canvas above my eyes to make art like she does. The lip also stunning, but her eyes are what draws you 💞
