      I find them helpful also, it’s so interesting to see them side by side and how they perform. The house is still a little upside down with ripped up floorboards in the living room. This weeks job is to chase insurance as so much got damaged like hoovers etc it’s been almost 4 weeks without one now! Thank you 🙏

      Thanks Kimberlee. Have you tried either of them? I prefer that side too- my hair needs more conditioner that’s for sure.

    Hi Lisa I’ve tried both and I think the k18 is overhyped by social media the living proof is genuine in my eyes I love it. I can see you’re abit of a hair fanatic like me so I’m going to put you on life changing products that have made my hair like silk. Davines oi milk & also davines oi oil. Try these and you will be blown away the reviews speak for themselves :) and let me no how you like them you can get them both in travel sizes too. I have tried a lot of luxury brands and nothing tops them the oi oil is like woah! X

      I am so pleased to hear you loved the Living Proof, its a great product and won many awards recently. I have never tried any Davines but its on my radar to do so. Thank you for sharing, who doesn't want hair like silk!

    Hi! First I loved 🥰 your videos about K18 and Living Proof TBC. Also watched a couple of other’s videos so decided to order them both from Amazon. The Living Proof TBC 45ml arrived yesterday from Amazon UK 🇬🇧 Store and it’s not in any plastic wrap or seal, just in its paper packaging which looks a bit weathered, but the bottle is in tact. However when I opened it to smell the product it stinks 😷!!! It’s like a rancid or musky smell like products which went bad after too long time opening them first or kept wrong very nearby to the heater or something 🤷‍♀️. When you’re comparing the smell with the K18 you said it has its own brand unique citrusy smell except that is from/of the K18. Isn’t it? Ofc the Living Proof TBC also has citronell-oil and citral and Limonene in its ingredients list but also castor seed oil which for some sensitive noses stinks. I have super hypersensitive nostrils like a police dog 🐕 or a fine wine tasting expert. So I don’t know if I got duped by a fake/faulty product or is this how it smells (only for me) ? If you open your bottle and take a whiff do you notice any unpleasant smell?
    Bc I’m seriously considering to return it and get a refund (thankfully it’s Amazon Prime product so shouldn’t be any issues, knock on wood;)

      @dianaeldiablo7381 Před rokem

      Ps.: sorry I missed that you said that it actually doesn’t have the Living Proof brand signature citrusy smell. Just that’s pleasant or nothing. Mine is like a cream without any fragrance in it but for me it’s unpleasant. Is it just me? I’m a bit afraid to try it out because then I shan’t be able to return it for a refund… (ofc there’re ways, dishonest ones and it might be what happened to my order that someone else ordered it before me. replaced parts or all of the product with something else and returned it to Amazon. They have a terrible reputation about this sometimes. It’s also not the first time that they’ve delivered me a used product.)

    • @lisacaldognetto
      @lisacaldognetto  Před rokem +1

      Gosh it's hard to say!! If your hairs dry I would say the Living proof as you can use it straight after a hair mask or conditioner.

    I just washed my hair and used both! Came out incredibly soft, resiliently elastic and strong, and easily managed. I did the k18 for 4 minutes after shampooing, before putting in a moisturizing deep conditioner, washed that out and applied the Living Proof for 10 mins, the followed up with a leave-in conditioner. Revair to dry my hair and voila, perfectly smooth, soft hair with no breakage in the process. Chef's kiss 💯

      Try not washing out the k18 :) works best should definitely leave it in. Don’t use condition before or after no until you’ve used your living proof as well then leave it the do leave in conditioner.
      Also don’t use living proof more than 2x a week and k18 leave in 6 consecutive washes then switch to using it once every 3/4 weeks

      That’s the recommended way to use it. However in this video, I only have shampooed my hair so it’s a fair comparison.

  • @juliafisherlmmortalbeauty9119

    I definitely can’t use a condition pre K18 or it stop the product penetrating. Also k18 repairs to the centre core of the hair and the living proof does not. They are both great and products however k18 repairs better 😊 xxx

    You’ve provided misleading information… Olaplex and K18 are the only bond repair/build products that have patented technology ….Living Proof patented technology is still pending…. Olaplex and K18 target all 3 bonds (hydrogen, disulfide and salt bonds) ….Olaplex & K18 fully disclosed and shares how each of their bond product targets all 3 hair bonds ….Living Proof claims however due to their pending patent have not disclosed if their product targets all three and how their product would/will target the bonds.
