  • #Traegergrills London broil (flank steak)
Start off at 225 degrees for 3 hrs then place into small pan for another 2 hrs but at 300 degrees .
Cover the flanks with mustard as a binder , add killer hogs steak rub with some AP seasoning and some holy voodoo from meat church or your favorite seasoning. Place on smoker at 225 for 3 hours then convert the flanks over to a pan add 1/4 inch of liquid into pan . Liquid for this smoke was beer , add some green bell peppers and red peppers and whatever else you might want cover with aluminum foil and cook for another 1-2HRS pull off let rest for 30 min carve and enjoy 😉

Thanks for the compliment! They was good next time I’ll marinate them for 4 hrs like your supposed to do London Broil , I was just trying out smoking them first without the marinade technique to see if they would be juicy😁

Looks great will try, it's a hard piece of meat to handle, I've used in pot roast ect, used Dijon mustard, it's a very flavorful cut of beef, just a little fineness lol. I've done confit in wagyu fat and finished on grill, can get wagyu fat cheap on Amazon, a beautiful piece of meat glad did this, it popped up on homepage,👍
