- #Traegergrills London broil (flank steak)
Start off at 225 degrees for 3 hrs then place into small pan for another 2 hrs but at 300 degrees .
Cover the flanks with mustard as a binder , add killer hogs steak rub with some AP seasoning and some holy voodoo from meat church or your favorite seasoning. Place on smoker at 225 for 3 hours then convert the flanks over to a pan add 1/4 inch of liquid into pan . Liquid for this smoke was beer , add some green bell peppers and red peppers and whatever else you might want cover with aluminum foil and cook for another 1-2HRS pull off let rest for 30 min carve and enjoy 😉 - Zábava

Thanks for the compliment and watching!😀
Yessir I like this take on it. Goin to have to try this. I’ve been smoking London broil on the Traeger for awhile now and you definitely get the best bang for the buck with this cut of meat to try to feed the family with
Thanks cw for the comment! When you get it right you can’t beat it👍
will try that for shore
Thanks for comment Marvin! Some of my subscribers have told me that go a hour longer than I did turned out better you may want to try that 👍
Looked good
Thanks for the compliment! They was good next time I’ll marinate them for 4 hrs like your supposed to do London Broil , I was just trying out smoking them first without the marinade technique to see if they would be juicy😁
Looks great will try, it's a hard piece of meat to handle, I've used in pot roast ect, used Dijon mustard, it's a very flavorful cut of beef, just a little fineness lol. I've done confit in wagyu fat and finished on grill, can get wagyu fat cheap on Amazon, a beautiful piece of meat glad did this, it popped up on homepage,👍
Thanks for the compliment and comment Ronald ! If I was to do it again I would marinate it for 4 hours to get it more juicy 😎
