If i remember correctly, this is how Mjolnir works When youre unworthy, Mjolnir actually uses the same amount of force you use to lift it. Even though the truck is not a living thing, but Stan Lee is driving it, therefore Stan Lee is using force to pull it. Which means Mjolnir will not move But if Mjolnir was in an elevator and the elevator moves up, Mjolnir would move up with the elevator perfectly fine because no one is putting force into lifting it

Peter Parker can be a jerk. Read the Kindred storyline and how Harry Osborn described him. He lies to his closest friends and he'll seek revenge and how he's treated the clones. None of this takes away from his heroism. That's the greatness of Spidey, he's one of the greatest heroes despite his flaws. But he's too flawed to lift Mjolnir and be worthy of wielding Thor's power not worthy of being called a hero
