This is like Kepts best placing in a while. Villager mains know this guy, great to see his Diddy is showing his potential
he had been grinding his diddy all of quarantine.. at one point he even made a video of explaining why he was picking the character up and one of the main reason’s was fighting hero with bounce with villager is extremely telegraphic along with characters with good reflectors

Way to go, Akakikusu! Most people here in the US don't think Hero isn't viable, but I knew that was incorrect after playing Hero myself then seeing Akakikusu body top players.

Good to see Kept getting to Grand Finals. His Villager is good but him using Diddy more is smart.
Sucks that the Hero does not yell the attack names in the English version. "OH NO! The poor english speakers will hear a different name than the one that's in the text! Better remove the audio!" lame

I think the reason was the VA. All the voices you hear in other versions are the Japanese ones. Only the spell names change and they probably didn’t want to make voice lines for all the different non down B spells.
Totally agree. The names shouldn't be changed in the first place.
A totally avoidable problem that leads to another problem, and creates confusion in the fandom (try talking about DQ with someone who speaks a different language, they will have no idea what you talk about because all the names they know are different)

I’m pretty sure he can because he stared a while ago he was practicing English menu
Technically, can’t you connect two switches via lan and have each one in their language for each player? Might be a hassle for TOs but it’s a nice workaround.
