Would you need to get a buy to let mortgage for the four properties and is the bank likely to assess circumstances on whether it will be tenanted? I take it that the property is worth £150,000 each for simplicity or could you buy a £200k property and get 3 properties rather than 4?
But if you remortgage with extra borrowing it will be in the company so how can you take it out to pay off residence mortgage… any ideas??
If you put money into your property company as a loan from your own home equity release, you can then take that loan back out of the company to pay off your own home mortgage, when you remortgage the investment properties.
