This whole album is a masterpiece and I'm so happy they are finally back. The amount of talent in this group is insane.
A brief intro to the members:
Woosung/Sammy- Vocals/Electric Guitar
Dojoon/Leo- Vocals/Keyboard/Acoustic
Hajoon/Dylan-Drums/ Backing Vocals
Jaehyeong/Jeff- Bass/Backing Vocals
They use their English names and Korean names interchangeably, sometimes in the same sentence, so it's helpful to know both so you don't get confused.
If you check out the liner notes of this album, it was done almost entirely by the members- songwriting, production, recording, mixing, and sound engineering was about 90% The Rose with Dojoon taking the lead on most of the technical stuff. It's doubly impressive when you realize three of them weren't discharged from the military until this summer and Woosung spent a large part of the Spring/Summer promoting his Moth EP. I still can't believe they put out such a gorgeous album in such a short time period.
For Heal, they set up a website where fans could send in their own stories of healing, and they wove those themes into the music. The tour is the Heal Together Tour because this album isn't just their healing, it's for everyone who needs healing. The Heal project is a 4-part documentary detailing the journey to create the album. So far, only two parts have been released, but part two will break your heart.
After the album has made you cry, you should check out their Tiktok channel for a completely different side to them, lol.

You MUST listen to their songs she’s in the rain, red, and sorry. Even if it’s in your free time not on CZcams. Honestly all their music are emotional masterpieces
The Rose are so underrated, from the very first song I heard from them “Sorry “, they have me hooked. Especially their voices!!! The way they can evoke emotions….Yeah I can just feel and taste their Pain…. Love your reactions…keep doing You….and no one else ❤️

5:18 yes, hajoon, the drummer, sings in their concerts before and he has a lines now (finally) I think one of it is their new song called "see-saw" in the heal album!
this is my fave song from the album, but seriously the entire album is an absolute masterpiece. I'm so happy the rose is back, there is truly no one like them. after bts, they are my all time favorite /musically/. 🖤🌹

There they talk about their experiences these past years and how this album came to be, and how it's supposed to be a healing process for them but also for all who listen to it. But warning, it's emotional hahaha I couldn't help but cry watching it.

Majority of the songs in this album are in english and the lyrics can be seen on their Official Audio videos. Maybe you can use lyric videos for those that are in korean 😊 excited for your album reaction! Take your time
majority of the songs are in english and they have their own lyric videos an their channel for the bsides; but for seesaw, since its in korean, you have to get a translated lyric video (these lyrics hit hard)
The album is SO GOOD, definitely one of my favorites this year. Sad I’m not able to see them on tour 😭

Jaehyeong the bass guitarist and Hajoon the drummer both sing in SeeSaw which was written by Jaehyeong. They sound great!

I know that you're not ok these days and just wanted to tell you i love you. How strong you are really inspires me. We don't know eachother in real life but you are one of my favourite people on the internet but looks like some people doesn't understand that you are not only made up of you that they see on their screen you are a human being with emotions. I get mad when someone says bad thing about you because you are just a lovely girl who loves music and shares her passion with other people. Never lose your passion because of this,never put yourself,your life,your loved ones and health on second because of CZcams and them. Your channel and other social platforms are supposed to cheer you up not put you down. Never doubt yourself because of them. (Sorry if I made grammatical mistake,English is not my first language)

You will need lyric videos when you react to the album and I really like Sour and the emotion they have singing the song. Other emotional songs are Sorry and She's in the rain which if I am not mistaken was the first The Rose song I listened to and I have been a Black Rose (The Rose's fandom name) ever since!

the drummer hajoon also sings in see-saw but there aren't any drums in that song, i'm not sure about other songs though cuz i don't know them well enough to know that lol

Yaaaas Caitlin! You must go down The Rose rabbit hole! They’re so underrated and I can’t understand why because they literally write and produce all their own music all on their own. Their story is heartbreaking but triumphant and I HIGHLY recommend checking out their Heal Project videos, it’s a good starting place for where you are now and you can work backward from there. Get it girl!
