I am very impressed with what's about to come in version 5.0. I wish animation had parenting / bones feature. Who knows maybe some time in the future they will include that as well. I prefer to use Krita on my old laptop and on my new desktop I have pirated Adobe suite.

Hello, I have a question about Krita. If I do my animation by hand, and ink the drawings, can I scan my artwork into my computer to bring into Krita, and if I can, what's the best way to of it. What's the best format to make the animation drawings?

When I move to the next slide, the onion skin doesn't show, it only shows it when I go to the previous slides (backwards).

This is a bug I sometimes faced as well while animating over there! I worked around this by going back into the previous frame and very gently scribbling over the frame with a pencil brush (in a way that won't leave any marks). This should reveal the onion skin as u gently scribble over it! -Binu

I want to download Krita but it says it is damaged and I can’t open it. Any advice?

I think this issue might be because of a corrupted download file. So try redownloading it and make sure you get the newest version that is compatible with your computer's operating system. ( If it's windows, make sure you download the windows version of the setup!)
