My boys are 12 months and 3 & 1/2 weeks apart, and I cried because I was terrified. Our girls were 3 and 5. We had 4 kids 5 and under. They're now 17, 15, 12 and 11 and it's been a wild ride but such a joy! Enjoy them and make the moments count.

An at times its like having twins only because my son has a developmental and speech delay so he is behind and my daughter is so smart so they are always learning things at the same time. Even though they also fight horribly and cant keep hands off each other.
You will probably never see this but I genuinely want to thank you. Seeing your guys' healthy family dynamic, especially the paternal love, has been oddly healing for me as someone who did not experience that growing up. I hope nothing but the best for your growing family, take care!

My daughter gave birth to twin girls on Dec 30th '22. They were 10 weeks early. One was 1 1/2 lbs and the other was 2 1/2 lbs. After 56 days in the NICU the "bigger" twinnie got to go home. The "smaller" twinnie will stay in the NICU for a while yet. She was born with only 1 kidney and is much more fragile. Their little boy turns 2 this Friday (March 4th). So they have 3 under 2😲. It is said "you have your hands full". Yes they do... FULL OF LOVE!!! God Bless your growing family.

Absolutely! You guys have no idea how much easier it will be having them this close! I had five and did them back to back (89’then 90’)pair then waited several years and had three more one right after the other as in 1yr old, 2 yr old, 3 yr old. I had five and did them back to back (89’then 90’)pair then waited several years and had three more one right after the other as in 1yr old, 2 yr old, 3 yr old. It actually makes it easier almost like having twins. Congratulations!
I had two under two too. I’m now 37 with the two loves of my life- my 16 & 17 year old boys. I never meant to get pregnant again but it was a happy accident. It’s fun to grow up alongside your kiddos.
You sure do. Me and my brother were two under two! We loved each other lots when we were young!

so exciting to see so many others with close kids! People thought we were NUTS with a 3&1/2 yo a 1yo and a newborn! Now 21,17&16 and man it’s been an amazing crazy ride and wouldn’t change it for anything!

Matt, seeing the way you just calmed Abby and the kindness you show you will obviously do great with another child and I could say more, But this is to Abby. I hope you get to see this.
Abby I know you are worried and stressed but please know from the little tiny bit of you I get to know through here, I can promise you that these children, and however many more you have if you so chose, are not only blessed to have you as their mom, but are going to understand something that so many go without in this world. That’s true empathy and compassion and therefore you, along side your husband will be building strong leaders for the future. Don’t forget that. It’s hard but women like you are needed ❤
