one of my favs, i know the whole "im doing it for my pops" angle seems hokey to some but as someone who lost theirs i love it and respect deeply his love and drive for not just his father but to honor the whole family.

"That's what we are buying. it ain't broke" such a refreshing concept to hear from Vince and this year starts the real test of wrestlers who got over elsewhere and could find themselves recruited. Looking at Brian Cage and FTR specifically. FTR is the most intteresting because do they demand to keep FTR or go back to the Revival?
Let's hope he wins at WrestleMania and on Monday night raw brings out the winged eagle championship
Idk…. On the bump he made it seem like the company wouldn’t go for it bc they want that big ass WWE logo on the championship for marketing reasons
But I guarantee you they’d make a killing off of the Eagle replicas if he was allowed to change one of the belts
Pretty sure Cody does own the original Winged Eagle. If not him, probably Conrad, but if Cody owns it I could see him bringing it out with the logo belts. (P.S. i think the logo belts are TERRIBLE and imo people would universally love the belts more if they werent just WWE billboards..)

In the moment, I questioned why they brought him out at number 30. However he absolutely earned that W with that face off between him and Gunther. I'm looking forward to him becoming WWE champion and going on a crazy run.

Cody has been one of my favorites since he was part of Legacy. Him and DiBiase Jr. With Randy Orton was such a good faction. And then he was dashing Cody Rhodes and brought the white intercontinental title belt back. And then seeing Cody as Stardust was cool at first but then became bad. And then when he left and joined Bullet Club he easily sprung to the top of my favorite wrestlers. Glad he’s back in WWE as THE top guy can’t wait for him to dethrone the greatest champion in this era with Roman Reigns. I really really hope since AJ is out that the OC come and help Cody just in case the Bloodline try to intervene

Watching this interview, the perfect Wrestlemania booking would be for Zayn to get gang-ed up on in Elimination chamber and lose. Cody eventually beat Reigns on the first night of 'mania and Paul Heyman tries to run away with both titles but accidentally drop one in the confusion (which Cody claims). Day two, Roman comes out and declares himself still the champion of the company and nothing will change as long as his has a belt, cue Sami Zayn's music. He beats Roman against all odds and Cody comes out at the end for a staredown to start a new generation of Raw vs Smackdown supremacy.
I would love to see a triple threat main event

Rhodes vs Reigns at Wrestlemania. I think that's the best scenario because if Cody wins against Roman it elevates him up to a higher level. this is what you want and how it's supposed to go Sami dethroning Roman makes no sense. Cody is the next big thing
In the long run Sami going over truly doesn't make much sense, Cody has a lot of options after mania but Sami? In Roman's spot? No.
@@1KQ_ Sami winning at Elimination Chamber makes the most sense. Roman is basically guaranteed to lose it at wrestlemania. Give Sami his belt for 2 months. Give him his moment. Then Cody can win a 5 star match at Mania and have his run. Can you imagine Sami beating Roman in Montreal? People would lose their damn minds. An all time pop AND extended cheer.
