- For Fr. John Guilbert Mariani, Fatima, Portugal. A lovely melody from a beloved 1958 film based on the novel by Edward E. Tanner (as Patrick Dennis). The composer, Bronislau Kaper, was also known for his tune "San Francisco" (1936) and "On Green Dolphin Street" (1947).

One of my favorite movie themes!!! LOVE KAPER!!! You are wonderful!!!
Maybe the best song that has been so seldom recorded.
Oh how I love this music! Your interpretation is lovely. Thanks so much for sharing!
This performance is truly lovely!! I'd love too hear more of Mr. Mintun's piano playing! The song is absolutely beautiful also.
Peter--How well I remember when you played this at the beginning of Charles Busch's AM at the American Place Theatre.
Wonderful. Thank you.
And "Invitation," which has a very unusual andhaunting harmonic progression
I'm going to spend the rest of my life trying to figure this out on Garage Band...
