I'm a new subscriber. I happened to come across your video on the Ascent. You actually inspired me to try Celebrity. We sailed Margaritavile twice for a short getaway since we're in Florida, it wasn't as bad as some of the reviews. We also had License to Chill and the premium drink package. The excursion to Grand Lucayan was beautiful but we wouldn't do it again. The drinks and buffet left us blank faced lol. We just sailed Royal Caribbean Allure and have booked Utopia. My husband said no more Margaritaville! Looking fwd to your cruising uploads! Your spirit exudes peace!

That would be the reason if I ever sailed Margaritaville too...I'm here in Florida. But actually, at the end, it's not as cheap as it seems! Exactly!!!! Regardless, you have to experience it and judge for yourself. People have different interpretations of what makes for a good cruise experience.

Great first day! I sailed on the ship before it got rebranded and will likely try again once it does longer cruises. It does look much nicer than it did before. I wouldn't expect much for the food on a 2 day cruise, gluten free or not lol.
Agreed! I didn’t expect much with the amount that I paid. I think it was well worth it! I had a good time. 😊

Oh wow! Well, a couple of things…when I sailed, it didn’t have a safe or refrigerator. The bottom drain in the shower looked a bit aged. But that was it. For 2 days , those didn’t bother me. By the time I reported anything it would have been time to debark. 😂 But hopefully those are different for your sailing!

I thought the License to Chill came with drinks and wifi?
Ahhh…I works have to go back and look. I know they have two packages and I didn’t get the top tier one. I got the Faster to the the Chill package. I believe it included drinks and WiFi as well but I upgraded my drinks package to premium.

Many have said it can be very bad. Do they have gluten free food? They advertise a cheeseburger. What if you don't like cheese on your burger? Fish seems good. Do they have the all american favorite, pizza? Sometimes a salad can be good. No safe??? Shower curtain. Have to have a safe. Do you have bad smells on the ship? Too much outside noise drowns out what you are saying. Both my wife and I like Pumpkin Soup. Don't eat shrimp. Getting served is better. My wife liked Creme Brulee too.
They actually had better GF options than Royal to me. 😂 I enjoyed it. You can get a burger without cheese. They had pizza but not gluten free. I wasn’t surprised. I didn’t do anything about the safe because it was only two days. Didn’t want to spend most of that complaining about a safe. I didn’t experience bad smells except for one particular spot on the ship. Can’t remember where it was though.
