I bring coffee single packs. Many ships are still short staff. I'd rather wait. I can't take that crowd in buffet. I only eat there if I get there soon as it opens.
LOL... Mesha, has a bit of a caffeine addiction and I'm right behind her. I guess we're becoming coffee snobs. We bought an espresso machine a few months back. We try to use 100% organic, low acid beans. Yup, we're bourgeois all of a sudden about our coffee. But it's better for us than Starbucks and a lot less expensive to make it ourselves. And we are right there with you on the buffets, they are verry hit and miss, especially since we've stopped eating meat and dairy.
Hi there, thanks for the support. That’s a good point, we weren’t really specific about what went wrong. We were saving that for our honest review. But just between us, it was primarily the selections. We can be “picky” eaters because our diet is limited to pescatarian and non dairy (whenever possible). The food was pretty MEH 🫤. Not well seasoned and either cold or under cooked. Especially for a specialty restaurant . But it was a complimentary chance to try so we can’t bash it too harshly. But Rudi’s Sea Grill was amazing. I wish there was more room for the camera Also, the shipped seemed to lack enough service workers to handle the demands of so many passengers. If you have a chance to sail on the Jubilee, we would love to hear your thoughts. Overall, it was a very good experience, but stay tuned for the honest review towards the end of this series.
