Some humans groups when you see them, as these fishing on the bay, look so litle councess of anything going on and dedicated solely to their day to day life of eating and not to say what else. Its a disaster that these cultures bring so much of eco system extinction.. but we can only watch and be in pain. Even worse, westerns pay a lot of money to help some of these humanoid groups to help them live longer and reproduce beter, which is insane giving the numbers of how planet is overpopulated already and how much these only bring more and more to the descruction of eco system, and still again they pay for repairing it, which is uninteligent i just must say. Anyways, one of the best, if not the best, animal documeentiries iv seen, thanks, this is wonderfull, il keep up folowing this chanel gladly...

This was one of the most interesting documentaries I have seen from Free Documentary-Nature. It is nice to see and learn about such beautiful, unusual, and interesting sea creatures. I do hope Indonesia will make the Lembeh Strait a protected area very soon. It is so sad to see such a beautiful Island's magnificent beaches, and it's one of a kind marine ecosystem so filled with garbage. I hope they not only protect the rare marine ecosystem of the Lembeh straits, but I pray they also clean up the waters and the beaches, and enact laws and enforce them to keep it clean.

There is no way that animals/sea life evolves. There is a MASTER MIND behind all of creation. I was at work waiting to be dismissed and I could not stop watching. It was very interesting and informative. It was funny, (coconut octopus and his antics), sad ( we are destroying what was created) and beautifully and skillfully filmed. I will share with friends. Thank you

i felt so sad and ashamed of what we have done to the environment, the moments i saw plastic bag where the fish was in it also the one which was floating , the plastic cup on the bottom and the broken glass the octopus used it as a shelter
we must stop throwing stuff in water and start with ourselves and advice the others as far as we can
it harm both us and the nature

It's ironic that real aliens maybe different looking but will most likely have a head, torso, two arms, two legs, octopuses and cuttlefish are as alien looking as any creature in the universe, their abilities are remarkable, changing skin colors and skin texture to match surroundings is astonishing.

Amazing documentary! Besides all the stunning creatures, I particularly like the fact that the writers didn't oversimplify the interaction of people and wildlife, but pointed out that many of the inhabitants of the strait actualy make very good use of our trash. As George Carlin said, "nature doesn't share our prejudice".
Don't get me wrong, I'm not advocating littering :D
But the relationship between people and wildlife is in reality very nuanced and complex and I commend the writers of this film for highlighting that. Too many nature films fall short on this.
