he nailt it , im 31 work a 9 to 5 have a degree in comunications , a masters as well , i dont do drugs , dont drink , dont go out , dont waste my money , have a cheap car , save money for the things i want , love my parents , love my country and still can make enough to buy a DECENT house , my parents bought their home for $400k now is worth 2.1M in 2024 yes is harder to find a DECENT home this days

Thatâs why Iâm in the same boat guys only difference is I donât mind buying a run down house because I can remodel a house from the stud up I can even frame fix framing issues I can finish drywall and paint as well and do all kinds of tradesmen work because I donât want to brag but Iâm a trades man & I grew up in a lower class ghetto in the Midwest itâs a red zone if that tells you anything like 10-12 minutes from downtown major city and I was raised by my grand parents who also owned there home which they bought in the 50s lol today homes are going for half a mil I couldnât believe it donât get me wrong itâs the trenches still but go 3 blocks down you see yuppies running with there puppyâs đ Iâm upset at the gentrification at the same time I may move back buy a house just to get a home in 10 years itâll be double the value because Iâll invest into the home even if I just do things to increase the value of the home

Why should I pay 30 years, 1500 euro of my 2000 euro monthly loan to pay of my house from 250k (a basic home in Belgium), the other 20% goes to food and other things, so i have 20% left for myself (200 euro max!!!), so I can have my own house at 60 years old. At 60 years old you will have a house you canÂŽt sell for 250k or you have to rent again, so the only thing you can do is sell it when you go to an old people home.

Most people donât have that much disposable income. Many are âspendingâ all their money just to survive. You canât make an excuse for a 60% rise in COL and just blame it on people for spending all their money. The economy is objectively horrific for the average person, yet absolutely booming for large companies. The economy only works when there is a fair share between producer and consumer which is not the case at all right now. If I would have been in this economy in the financial situation I was in a few years ago I would be struggling tremendously. Of course there are a certain small percentage that do just spend their money when they donât have it but those people are in the minority.
