@@elchinn87 it cannot be implemented on men coz it's a natural law that women goes to men house after the marriage so still even a women from mainlander may marry an tribal men but still she would also be never be able to enjoy the ST privileges so it doesn't mean women are treated unequally but all the immovable property would be always be in the name of an pure ST tribal people so in our state we preserve our customary law and indigenous faith from outsiders it does not mean we don't consider ourselves Indians it is just we have very low population and so our state people don't have problems regarding resources so we don't want to let out population increase coz of refugees simple even our women and girls also know about this so NE girls except assamese rest prefer to marry an foreigner or their own tribal guys it is just we try our best to control population and community including culture and our women state have more freedom than any women in India we give our women child equal property as son but if she marries an non tribal she has to sacrifice her ST status and property that belongs to her even if she owns the land by her own money still she cannot give it to her non tribal guy and offspring eventually after her death the husband and offspring has to donate that land to girls relatives or it would be charitiesed to state government and guy has to leave the state soon so our NE girls are mostly not interested in dating mainland guys sorry Bro find someone from your own state it's my advice Bro okay okay Bro I have graduated in law I know about it very well this law comes under the secondary fundamental laws under the article 36 and article 40 any state can make their own rules for safeguard of their rights so it is not possible even if the Parliament that no one can lift of these law so this law was made for the safeguard of indigenous people of their state so I have already taken land in bangalore and construction its in process coz the other cities of India government has allowed to buy land on every state but you cannot buy land on this state of NorthEast India, still we can give our lives for country coz we love our Indian people and our land

the word assamese are not for all who are from assam. Assam is a diversity state, there are lots of tribe who dont call themselves "Assamese" There are very less population who are assamese. In this video only Assamese are shown. Hope you will cover up next time
