Just an update for anyone interested 1 year after this video was filmed, the car is still running sweet as ever no issues at all!! Also had a vbox fitted a few weeks ago I hit 0-60mph in 5.9 seconds with 3 other runs @ 6.1 seconds also 1/4 mile time of 14.5 seconds @97.6 mph

Sammy CFC probably takes more time to get the focus right and angles etc . which then he wouldn't be able to upload as much , but yea I agree hopefully he brings back walk arounds
LD Raps focus and angles? He carried the camera with him while doing it and didn't take any setting up other than the words he was saying. Wouldn't affect his upload schedule in the slightest 😂😂😂😂
Mate, I've been a follower of your channel since pretty much day one. I appreciated your views being new a new CZcamsr and following your dream. I too would love to dedicate time to creating something like this. Ive not seen a vid from you in a little while on my CZcams feed for one reason or another. But this video is just a milestone in how far you've come and matured with your channel. The camera work, the music, the angles and the little conclusion at the end of the episode. Love it. I'm in Australia and own a 2019 gt 1.0 turbo and its all about v8's and skyline's over here. No one want's to do a 3 cylinder turbo. I have brought my mod's from Europe and must say from a stock 74kw 180nm car to a 100kw 225nm is amazing. And a lot of Aussies are taking notice in the modding seen of the 1.0 turbo's I thank kia for this.
Well, now my mind is made up whether I want to tune my Fiesta.

dont be daft he is there to drive the car, if he didnt want his car revved then dont let someone else drive it. moreover he didnt even rev it that hard or go that fast.

the 2014 ones are 4 cylinders still they became 3 cyl in 2017 models

No these engines are very capable, it is a reliable power output
Alex Craven Ford manage 197bhp from their 3 cylinder turbo engines and that's from factory. These engines are very capable.
+Shona On this video there's fiesta with 1.0 engine. Current Fiesta ST has 4-cylinder 1.6 engine with 197hp (in overboost mode). New Fiesta ST will have around 200hp from 3-cylinder engine but 1.5 not 1.0.
Very nice car, just shows that even a 1.0L can be a good car. I personally own a 2.0L Fiesta ST MK6 and I love it but that 1.0L is a work of art hands down.

I got the 1 litre focus 125 bhp and it's fast
I love how long and versatile the gears are! Problem being is how weak the gearbox is
I got the 140bhp for my second car... being 18 and being able to cain all my mates (even though I pay less for everything like insurance) is a great feeling as well as hilarious
I used to hate fords but now I’ve got a focus st & my wife has got a fiesta 1ltr eco boost Zetech s..must say I’m really impressed with the fiesta.

I have a modified ford focus titanium 1.0L ecoboost and after a remap it gets me 165bhp it is a really quick car and with my cat back exhaust it sounds great too! Amazing engines in these things 👌

@@TheZar76You only need to change the belt after 100k km. If you maintain your car properly - oil and oil filter change every 10k km, you should have no issues. It's a great engine.
I’ve got a 2015 zetec s too and I changed the BOV for a recirculating blow off valve for that turbo flutter noise
picking up my 140 zetec s on tuesday id love to be able to do something like this to mine!
You should review the mk7 st now!
seen some that have 300+ bhp with a hybrid turbo

I have the exact same set up on my fiesta, the cars a weapon and get great mpg
Love the 1.0 incredible what they can push from that size of engine.
To be fair, the standard 140bhp ST-Line is very fun to drive.
@@vidennn Even the standard 100hp fiesta ecoboost is quite fun haha but I attribute a lot of that to the fiestas handling. Although its nippy enough for the job. Might get it remapped at some point.
You should try a mountune 265 fiesta ! Bloody rapid for a little car

i was wondering what the 3 cylinder sounds like after the new Fiesta ST announcement, if it sounds like that/can be made to sound like that, i'm all for it.
MiNameIsJake it's half the cylinders of a 6 cylinder engine so it sounds kinda like one :-) V12s of course have double so also share this sound characteristic ;-)
5-cylinder engines also sound a bit like V10s for the same reason!

Bradley Smith I tend to get around 52mpg. Seeing around 490 miles to a tank. Would certainly be higher if I drove on the motorway

My mum has a stock one and it does around 39
My mates got the red edition and gets 27mpg on a good day hahaha
I think remaps actually improve fuel economy when not driving the car like a nutter

I know some have been recalled and engine blocks crack or even worse catch fire. However, is this common? I'd like a 1.0 turbo but i'm worried the coolant/block issue will happen.

Akrapovic does not offer Fiesta exhaust. Which one did you fit and how?
This might be a stupid question but what brand of exhaust is this? I can see that the tip says Akrapovic but I googled that and I cannot find an Akrapovic exhaust for a Fiesta. I heard said that it is a Turbo-back but not the brand.

the thing with these 3 cyls is that theyre under so much pressure. ive had the same one come back n forth for new O rings and piston rings at my work reckon theyre good if you sevice it on the regs. nice car

Just curious, if its running the standard dump valve, how's it so loud? all that just coming from changing out the air box?
Sorry for late reply but yes when you change the airbox and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd hose it just releases the sound

180hp is cool but just about right, only have to look at 1 liter sports bikes their pushing 200hp n/a bout time the car company's started giving out some decent figures.. great car great work mate keep it up !

Yeah and no torque. Bikes weigh nothing so they can have a highreving torque less engine

The guy mentioned that the blow off valve was stock I have the same car stock and I can't hear mines at all I know he has an upgrade intake and turbo, but just to get clarification on making mine louder
adam braid I have the 140 black edition with the mountune MR165 kit and it’s made my blow off loads louder like this so get and induction kit your sorted
