Finish Your Deadlift: The Last Five Percent

    And finish tall. In other words, try to make yourself stand as tall as possible at the top. Doing so will accomplish many subtle but worthwhile things at once.

      It’s interesting that you almost never see videos of him lifting anymore too. I enjoy watching dudes his age actually doing a full heavy workout.

    Yet in the 5 steps it says Pull. Not wonder people are missing it

      Wrong. It is commonly referred to as a pull. Step 5 directs someone to “drag the bar up the shin” or “push the floor away”. But trainees are NOT directed to pull the bar up.
