I am test riding a variety of motorcycles to see what I can comfortably ride with my short legs and short stature. I am only just about 5'ft 5 inches / 164cm tall, weigh about 65kg and have an inside leg measurement of about 30 inches / 760mm / 76cm.
Bro, Ducati Multi V2 is coming. A god-sent bike for our height. Haha.
Shame the lockdown is stopping the test rides as a fellow short rider it's good to hear your opinions 👍

It looks lovely as do most Ducati's. As someone who bought one of the first Multistrada 1200s nearly a decade ago, I would never buy the first bikes of a new model run again. I had an 18 month warranty nightmare. I'm sure quality has improved over the last 10 years but I've never lost so much money on a bike and I've never set foot in a Ducati dealership since.
Yes definitely good advice. In fact when I test rode the brand new 1260S I noticed the front brake discs slightly warped and making a squeaky noise.
@@InfusedBiker I took a big p/x hit when I couldn't take the failures anymore. My current Yamaha MT10 is the best and most reliable bike I've owned in 40 years of riding and was under 10K new when I bought.

I am trying to arrange a low seat test ride but none of my nearest dealers have one. I even offered to order a low seat with my own money but still no luck !

Can 200cc bike owner can consider it as it's first bike in urban mode ?
I own Yamaha X-Max 300 (see my video ) and it has more than enough power for urban and even a bit of motorway riding. I think 200cc wouldn't be too far behind.
@@InfusedBiker I think the question was if this rider, who is used to a 200cc, can consider the MTS as his first real street bike if he starts out in urban mode.
How short are you? I am 5’7 will it be difficult to do flat foot or they have lowering set like the GS 1250?
Hi, I am just about 5'5" with 30inch inside leg. They only have a low seat option (810mm). No suspension lowering options available.
@@InfusedBiker great! Would you suggest this more than the GS since I am weighing if I go on this one or stick with GS? Saw greats features and I am leaning towards the tech features of Ducati.
I would definitely wait a while to see if there are any reports of early faults on this bike.
