Shona ok I get that they got a Grammy nomination but you got to realize that they also get more radio play than other metalcore bands on more known radio stations because they are softer and more radio friendly there has been countless albums like trivium’s new album or ice nine kills that have been on billboards top ten hard rock or metal albums and trivium is sitting at number one overall it’s personal preference it was an ok album

Bro I love your metal reactions... you think the music is hype... wait til your first live metal show... the energy and atmosphere is unlike anything you've ever experienced. Everyone is so kind and understanding, so many unspoken rules.. no forcing people in the pit, pick someone up if they fall, if someone is dehydrated give them water and space... but it's also very violent and high energy. It's a weirdly violent and extremely kind atmosphere at the same time.

This song is actually about their fall with Fearless Records. They wanted to completely get rid of Eric, the screamer. They tried to make the band mainstream. That's why in the hurricane video they talk about 'cutting ties with the old'.. They cut ties with the record label trying to make their sound generic. This is Eric's 🖕🖕🖕🖕 to them lol
I Prevail has 2 vocalists. One Screamer and one clean. If you like them, maybe you should have started with the song that started them off (the one that introduced them to me, at least) - Scars. Or maybe the cover that made them big - Blank Space.

You need to react to Polaris, in my opinion they will be one of the biggest metalcore bands to ever exist. Riffs are tight and clean, good clean vocals, and some of the best breakdowns I’ve ever heard. I’ve been in the metalcore game for about 16 years now and I know for a fact they will be big.
