- Ukraine's second biggest city Kharkiv is coming under near constant bombardment, as Russia presses ahead with a new offensive. Kyiv has accused Russia of targeting civilians after a wave of Russian drone and missile strikes swept across the region. Moscow has consistantly denied targeting civilians deliberately, but many are coming under fire regardless.

We have tons of money and this isn't costing us hardly anything. We are giving older materiel and are spending to build new stuff for ourselves. We have more than a thousand Abrams retired and in storage we can give, a couple thousand each of Bradley FVs and F-16s. All about to be replaced anyway. No loss to us, and not an expense.

Ukraine just don´t have as much money to offer Soldiers, so they can´t get as many from outside world (like Russia does), Ukraine also don´t have very poor remote area like Sibiria where Russia can lure unemployed poor Men to join the Army. In addition, we know that NATO was opposed to both the Minsk agreement in 2015 and the peace draft from Istanbul in the spring of 2022 that the parties accepted.
NATO in its current form is the problem as long as they do not have peace as the goal of diplomacy.
