In this interview myself and Lucy shares are thoughts, insights and tools to help you to equip your teenagers to make informed decisions when they are abroad on holidays. but not only that to let them know that you are always at the end of a phone line if they need help. it's important to be open and honest with these young adults about the potential dangers when they don't have a support network around them. It's equally important for young people in a group to have ground rules within the group so that no one is ever let alone and unaccounted for. We also discuss practical tips that are easy to implement.
We do not want to loose sight of the fact that we want our young adults to enjoy new adventures, experience new places and acknowledge that we all make mistakes and that this is part of growing up .
