If your back hurts, everything is difficult in everyday life. It is good to take care of the back.
The Georgian culture is amazing I feel Men in that culture are very respected and proud cuz they don't try to fake it..they work hard for their Goals
This is exactly like the gym I used to go to for the last 15 years or so. A REAL hardcore place, where people lift heavy, train hard (not looking at their phones all the time). The best sound is when you unrack the barbell from the squat rack and hear those metal plates rattling. Ahh sweet memories.

Georgian people are physically strong from their climate and their traditional foods! They are also family loyals that means family is overall it’s really beautiful to see that those days! I grew up with Georgians in Greece!
Their strength comes from their genetic "Caucasian Hunter Gatherer" ancestors.
I met Konstantine at worlds, strongest man. He was so nice.I live in America, but I have always wanted to visit Georgia. Looks like a beautiful place with amazing people.

They're great but man bumpers are just so nice. I get it if you wanna do everything but olympics with iron though fs
@@rjharrold2907 well yeah definitely a good set of bumpers is beautiful too. But often it's some weird mix of iron plates with rubber coating that just doesn't really have any benefit and sometimes not even standard size so you gotta improvise on deadlift. It's like someone tried to improve a thing that was absolutely fine to begin with.

@@aaron6884 As a Georgian who's studied, english, russian, german and italian, even tho Georgian is my native language its still ridiculously hard. A one word verb could have the subject and object integrated, for example, the verb "შემომაკვდა" means "I accidentally killed him/her". just by changing a single letter in this word - "შემოგაკვდა" - now this means "You accidentally killed him/her".
