Philza Minecraft - or just Phil's Dream SMP Lore is absolutely insane and is mostly a secret! With people like TommyInnit, Technoblade, Ranboo and Wilbur Soot being seen as the main character of the Dream SMP, this lore theory looks at Philza's lore with Wilbur Soot, Revivebur, L'Manberg, the Dream SMP Syndicate, and more!

Fun headcanon: when Will was really young he saw a family picture of Phill, Mumza and himself. Then he asked Philza who was his mom, Dadza said that it was the woman on the picture but only pointed at the fridge. From then on Wilbur tought that his mother was a fridge

Yes, but mumza isnt the reason for phil's one life. In the video "Philza and ranboo terrorize sam" on philza's channel, he states that his character is centuries old, so he has only one life.

I have a headcanon for it but it's a stretch and it doesn't make sense
So here's my headcanon. Philza originally had 3 lives. He died once (5-year hardcore baby zombie) which made Mumza very anxious, since she doesn't want Phil to die yet because she wants him to watch over their son in the overworld. She took one of his canon life to make a sentient creature (which is Technoblade) to protect Phil and her son. But then Wilbur died which leaves it to Techno protecting just Philza. And that is why everytime Technoblade sees a baby zombie near Phil he just becomes paranoid since that's what Mumza told him. The real paranoid one is actually just Mumza all along.
A bit extra to the headcanon is that there's this one boy that Mumza grew a liking of and she adopted the said boy (which is Tommy by the way). Hence explains the reason why Tommy could just yell "TECHNOBLADE!" and "PHIIIIILLLL" and both of them would just be there (before the events of Doomsday at least)

i read a theory somewhere that said basically c!phil has health issues and is antivax so he doesn't take his meds so he is just constantly on one life. i think it's really funny
Philza and Ghostza lore has an opportunity for a cool line. Ghostza can show up and say, "You thought dying would stop me? I'm married to death itself, all you've done is released me. I am the Angel of Death, the ultimate Reaper."

I mean, Phil admitted that up until fairly recently, he was terrified to do lore since he'd be acting alongside massively talented Theater Kids like Wilbur, Tommy, Quackity, and Ranboo, in front of tens of thousands of people, which would be paralyzing if it were me in his shoes!
That being said, Wil, Tommy, Fundy, and Ranboo especially have helped him feel more comfortable with improvising lore on the fly, and the more confident he grows, the more lore he'll participate in. I'm honestly really proud of Phil for continually stepping past his comfort zone, and I hope he keeps it up!

When Philza first joined he could not keep a straight face tbh, I think he struggles to get into/stay in character at all so he was thought to be the weakest actor. But in the intervening while when he did have lore here and there- he's improved dramatically.
I also think that hanging out with techno the most (who is the most in character when he's half out of character) helped him be more okay with the on the fly improv, as did Ranboo just since his lore happens whenever he feels like it.

@@arighostea I was mostly talking about how he's the most meta of all the characters, having his bell and the voices. He seldom is fully in the world, and a lot of lore for him is his talking directly to chat.
I love this, BUT im pretty sure Techno is immune to the egg cause it puts a voice in your head, and he cant hear it over all his like tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of voices already there

Fun Fact: When Drista logged on to the server because Tommy killed Bruno, she gave him a wither rose in return for him giving a red rose to solidify a time of peace. Now I know that Drista is canonically a god and doesn't really cause or add on to the story that much, but it could be added to the story if he still has it. (I don't think he does though, either Puffy, Techno, or Sapnap have it.)

ok this is gonna sound weird but hear me out . So you know how technoblade never dies and phil is techno's best friend? what is the reason techno never dies in the canon is because mumza made him incapable of dying i mean if techno dies then phil would be very sad which is something mumza would not want that. but what if it is not her only intention, by making techno unable to die she making sure that phil spends all his time with her once he dies becuase technoblade never dies phil would have no one to talk to in afterlife .

There’s actually another headcannon regarding mumza and phils wings. Think about it: why does phil have wings? How did he get them? The headcannon is kristian gave phil his wings in exchange for 2 of his lives. He asked for the wings to be able to visit mumza. Now that his wing is permanently broken, hes unable to visit her. Kristian, trying to show she still cares for him, creates the forest for phil. This is why phil states “it cant be her”
When you put the sadist animation in and said Phil protected them both with his wings I slowed it down and saw it I never realised she added it xD

One popular theory that was later disproven is the niki's "Dear Friend" is written to Philza, although she later confirmed it was to chat. So it was a theory for why philza joined the smp.

I think there is a headcanon where the reason of Philza going to check out Wilbur finally was because Wilbur stop sending letters to his dad, maybe because he was more and more busy with the revolution coming. So Philza worried for not hearing from his son, he went looking for him
The reason no one knows about his lore is because he gives us crumbs that you usually won’t notice unless you watch his streams.

It’s crazy how much Sad-ist has affected the DSMP. They started out as an animator/artist who was just a fan of the SMP, to an actually PART of the smp. Although they are not directly on the DSMP, they still helped made it what it is today.
My headcanon is that Phil has one life because he’s older than everyone on the SMP, so he’s been adventuring for years and has lost two lives.
He’s canonically centuries Old so yes
If mumza is the goddess of death then is it possible that phil is the god of life🤔🤔
and the reason that phil has wing is because he is like an angel and also the reason he has 1 life and his possible ability is to sacrifice his life to revive anyone else and the reason phil can't revive wilbur was because his ability was weaken when he protected wilbur using his wings

Head canon that when people die in the SMP Mumza has the ability to see how many canon lives are left. Mumza let Wilbur stay with her for bit after he died and she did the same with Tommy. Mumza guides the souls to the correct place and she let Foolish watch over people to know when they should die.
TLDR: Mumza guides souls and Foolish is the one that brings people up to her by killing them.
Philza is called The Angel of Death. Practically Death's angel - Mumza's angel.
What if he was the angel of life or a protector of some sorts but when his wings were damaged he became an entity of chaos or corruption.
Fun fact headcanon: Techno was affected by the egg but his will didn't allow it bc he already hears demanding voices and made Techno's will is hard as netherite
I love the headcanon that Technoblade can't be controlled by the Egg bc the Egg's voice just gets mixed in with all the other voices in his head so it just kinda gets lost in the noise. I find it highly amusing😄😄🍊

I standby the statement that techno made that the egg can't effect him cause it is just another voice and that there is a cue in his head for voices to get in

I love how Philza's so dedicated to MC hardcore that he cut 2 of his lives willingly.
I was wondering about if you wanna try out the colorza multiverse thing in the future. Because Philza is trying to make that canon, but it hasn't work yet, as far as I know so far. But the one I know the most is Redza. Who isn't or wasn't even either created by the egg when Redza is his own thing. Redza is basically from what I know a more rude version of Phil, and a villain aswell. So I am curious to know what you can come up with to that part. ^^

I prefer to think that mumza loved Phil so much that she keeps bringing him back to life. It would explain how he lived for so long, why he only has one life and why he is called the angel of death.
Cc!Philza has already said that c!Phil had ALWAYS just one canon life, and there is a reason for it. And in another stream Phil said that is maybe (wink wink) because of Her.
The funny part is that the Chat went crazy that time- everyone screaming "MUMZA" was amazing

Something something I kinda expected you to mention that Technoblade would 100% die to Redza, and Redza was going to appear at the red banquet but Phil skipped that stream due to irl sad boy hours. Which means egg based corruption was at least previously in the plan for Phil. Theres no saying if it will return, but there’s definitely space there for theories.
Things like: what if She was actually the Egg? What if Mumza was connected to the Egg? What if the Egg promised Philza death so he could be with his beloved? (What did the Egg promise Philza? I don’t recall if we know that)
Philza lore is so much fun, and he taunts us so hard with Ghostza. I can’t wait to see how he goes forward with his lore. But that requires lore streams lmao

Stop. I literally got over the denial stage of grief over Phil taking part in the destruction of Lmanberg last week.
Techno is immune to the egg because he already has voices yelling at him so the egg gets drowned out

I think Tommy is his own close cause remember when tubbo and jack launched that nuke, niki had to stay on the edge, as she didn’t have a hazmat suit to go into the Nuclear zone as she would have been died from radiation but Tommy went into without even armor on and was fine, and tubbo was able to go into the crater cause he was wearing a suit. Tommy is just his own case 🤨

Techno can hear the voices of the egg but it doesn't affect him.
I think there's two IRL people who are cannon without being on the SMP themselves. Mumza, for obvious reasons, and SAD-Ist themselves. The reason I say that is because all of the members of the SMP know of SAD-Ist, and know that they watch A LOT of the SMP. So I like to think that SAD-Ist is like a chronicler for the SMP, and that what she shows us is part of what happens within the world itself, and the members can confirm/deny it with future lore. I think some of the other animators and artist who get personally acknowledged by the SMP members are also kinda cannon. Don't know, just an interesting thought.

Not sure if somebody already pointed this out but another possible reason for technos immunity to the egg as well as the voices drowning it out may be because of the tales of the smp sir billiam having the egg in their basement and possibly being related to techno himself as billiam has had the egg there and cause of the sacrifices given to the egg the egg now sees techno and thinks its sir billiam thus seeing it as somebody that helped it
techno cant be influenced by the egg because of the voices in his head

What if the egg is the blood god and the reason techno isn’t effected is because the god is already in his head at is also why we see his other canon character sir billium as the caretaker of the egg and the fact the egg doesn’t see him as a threat

That theory is kinda silly in my opinion.
Techno most definitely wasn't concerned for Wilbur's well being. He vocally supported Wilbur and actively encouraged him to blow up L'Manburg.
Not to mention, Phil has explictly stated that the reason he showed up was quite simply because Wilbur stopped writing and he got concerned.
