My thing is tht I sweat, a LOT, and my sweat stinks bad- so in order to prevent it I had to go back to doves aluminum deodorant bc its the only thing that stops me from sweating, therefore stops me from smelling bad. I hv a friend who sweats a lot too, and native didnt work for her either- However, unlike me she refuses to use aluminum, so she uses crystal roll-on deodorant instead- it doesnt stop her sweating, but it makes her smell just fine
If ever you want to go back , detox with Apple cider vinegar and azetac healing clay for 3 days (please do it over the weekend or when you dont have to interact with people) by making a paste and apply it straight on your underarms . Don't use any deodorant for those 3 days . You'll sweat a bit , but you won't smell too bad . From then on , you can switch to native deodorant (still do the clay mask every mask for 5 days every night whilst applying your deodorant during the day) . If you try this, lmk what happens

Old spice is awesome, I have wolfthorn and oasis deodorants and the bearglove antiperspirant, usually I just switch between wolfthorn and oasis but if I’m doing lots of sports or going somewhere where I can’t shower I wear bearglove.

Sweat doesn’t actually smell like flowers it’s odorless I think, but I do attract hella bees and wasps on hot days.) My daughter also inherited the gene. That being said, I do sometimes wear it just because I like the scents (and if it’s hot I’d rather not perspire so antiperspirant for me), and my favorite is Native with their Samoa Girl Scout cookie scent lol. My husband uses this citrusy Old Spice that is the best smelling thing in the world omfg. He does not have the flower gene, so Old Spice keeps our marriage together lol.

Ngl I only use Organic/ Vegan natural stuff for my body hair underarms and body even my mouth my toothpaste lol I have sensitive skin and hair so I have no choice but to use natural things like that plus it’s really healthy
