- In this video, join me as I tackle my biggest biryani challenge yet! I ventured to the wonderful Ceylonese Cafe in Sarawak Kuching to taste their unique Sri Lanka influenced Ceylonese biryani and it was nothing short of amazing.
Heaped with succulent lamb shank, juicy chicken, and tons of delicious basmati rice, this wasn't just a gastronomic challenge, but also a delightful culinary experience. What sets this biryani apart is its unique flavor profile - not too spicy and slightly sweet!
