I watch several CZcams videos on how to trade in the stock market but haven't made any head start because they are either talking some gibberish or sharing their story of how they made it and I do not want to make mistakes by taking risks in my own hands

Dividend stock me capital growth jyada nahi hota. I would rather on good business stocks that have good CAGR.
There is a difference when you say passive income vs investment.
Passive income itself suggests that you can beat or lower down inflation and that whatever are the expenses on grocery and other day to day expenses can be of your liquid cash you are getting yearly.
As for now like 20k is descent money for grocery and that if you get 1L or 1.2L as video suggests, you are beating inflation and that 50% expenses are catered from passive income. You active income will only be used by 50% in groceries.
Rest investors always show you dream of 3x-4x returns over a year or two but in actual it doesn’t happen from all the stocks and you end up with average jump of invested money.
When is the new assets coming on wint? Any timeline. It's been 2 month, no new assets has been launched. I have put my investment on hold.

Bro I appreciate you made this video but your video does miss a lot of cons which you should mention and the detailing could have been better as you are representing wint wealth. For example REIT.I have personally invested in this and it is not at all a good instrument to invest. Similarly buying flat. These are basic stuff and anyone would say that it will not qualify as good investment in real estate category. Please rethink your approach in this video.

Bank don’t gives loan for buying equities.
Even in case of personal loans, they’ll call and ask for purpose before dispatch. Let’s say you lie and get money.
You will have to service for 5 years at 11% roi. Now this emi is also a burden and in next 5 years loss of capital risk is a lot, so you’ d have to be very lucky.
Mostly appreciation is speculative but loan is fixed.
There’s a reason Hdfc won’t give loan to buy it’s own share, imagine industries start doing same. No one would make and we will all lose in the bubble.

Very good, but what such videos miss that taxing is different on such investments, and that too should be taken into consideration. if pretax earnings are 8 percent and 30 percent taxing applies, then barely one can beat inflation.
Lol getting 3% these days annual yield is considered good for real estate.
You'll also have to consider value of your property as it increases at a massive rate than stocks, that is if you choose a good location ( like in Delhi NCR )

Pls avoid mixing regional languages like Hindi in the content. The title and channel is in English and hence the content is implied to be in English. If you are planning to add a regional language mention that in the title or create a regional language specific channel.
The Hindi used here is quite basic. If you don't understand, make an attempt to do so. It's extremely easy to complain, Find solution a solution instead.
Menu says "white boiled rice", I buy rice to see it's mixed with nuts which I cannot digest. I tell the restaurant guy "hey, your menu is misinformative. Either add nut into the menu or remove nut from the rice". The nearby table guy says "The nuts here are quite basic. Learn to eat".

Wow.. I didn’t even think of this as an issue when I saw the video. It’s amazing that this person has no issue learning English, an even more foreign language but not Hindi, and that too at such a basic level. But I wouldn’t blame this person, but urge him to at least give it a try? The parallel example he has given makes it feel like learning Hindi would trigger some kind of auto immune disorder in him 😂😂
The world has become extremely sensitive. Before delivering any statement you got to recite pages of disclaimers so as to not offend anyone. And if you do, people will complain about the length of the disclaimer too. Can't make everyone happy. As I said it is extremely easy to complain, but it takes effort to step out of one's comfort zone. Leave the rice and peanuts aside. Does listening to words being said in hindi give you an allergic reaction? CZcams provides us good content. Make of it what you will, else move on and find a regional channel.
