+MetalGlory666 Yes, but at least they have weapons that can make the Garradores flinch, or at least one shot them. Leon, on the other hand, only has a Blacktail and a Riot Gun, and both can do neither. But now that I think of it, it would be much worse to play with HUNK here. Consider yourself lucky if you even manage to get two kills with him.
Hunk is the easiest for all the levels on normal doe

The flashbangs do work, it kills the parasites on their back.
He has used flash grenades against the Garradores in other videos though. The sound of the explosion, while subtle, still distracts them.

The hardest part about Castle is the tight corners and with Krauser, I don't know about the rest of you, but I personally thought he was the most over powered. That bow did massive amounts of damage, you still had a knife in case you ran out of ammo, you had that arm attack, and max health. The only downside is that the bow fires slower than other weapons and the surge of confidence makes you forget that you can still die as Krauser
He was incredibly OP same with Wesker somewhat as his attacks were usually insta kills on normal enemies. He had a good range of weapons but yes with krauser you tend to forget that you can die with him. He's brilliant for wide open spaces but I'd say the castle and the military base is the hardest haha
@@alexismercer3965 The military base with anyone's difficult. With Wesker, he was overpowered, but the lack of ammo tended to make him much harder. Especially since he lacked a knife to fish for some, should you run out
They nerfed Krauser a little in Mercenaries 3D, his bow does less damage but you get infinite ammo

Thanos of Titan I've played a lot of games in my day ranging from super nintendo to new gen. And while i can't say this is the BEST game ever. Its still in my top 10. Maybe even 5.
Ixstave Fusion It just holds the top spot for me because of what a complete masterpiece of game design it is. The music and sound effects are probably what do it for me. This game is an example of the developers devoting an incredible amount of attention to detail. Whether you're sloshing through the sewers being stalked by Novistadors, tiptoeing through the operating rooms as automatic doors fly open near you making you paranoid while you're being cornered by mouth-breathing creepy Iron Maidens, running like a madman through a room full of baton-wielding lunatics with parasites exploding out of their heads, or being chased by mumbling, demented, robed zealots through the castle, you can constantly feel the tension and the walls closing in on you. Having Ashley with you at times should kill the tension but it doesn't because she is a constant liability and when they grab her you always feel like you won't make it to her in time to save her (unless she's in her armor, but you have to earn that!) Upgrading weapons then becomes so rewarding as you can get your hands on something nice to burn the bastards to the ground on the second run through. First time you play through on Professional, you come up against enemies that are scary as hell and tough to take down and evade. Each successive play through then rewards you more and more as you attempt to get better completion times and unlock better stuff to dust them, and the shooting gallery minigame adds to this process. It was completely unnecessary and an odd diversion, as was the Merchant being present for upgrading your weapons, yet both ideas were so awesome and added something memorable to the game.
I've played through this game about 20 times since it hit the Gamecube and I STILL take the time to go through it slowly and marvel at all of the ambiance and atmosphere when it comes out on a new platform. Just completed it in 15 hours the other day on PS4 because I took the time to explore every crevice of the game world and made sure that I blew off the head of every last enemy and grabbed every single treasure in the game. After 11 years, I found that there were still spinels hanging on castle walls that I missed and other treasures that I overlooked.
Games like this are as rare as masterpieces of cinema. They are impossible to reproduce or copy. It's just a great example of people pouring their heart and soul into a project and having everything come together perfectly. RE6, for example, is superior graphically by a mile to RE4 because of the hardware the developers used to create it, yet it is NOTHING compared to this game and will never hold up over time the way RE4 has. Viva Las Plagas!

The Game Cube was my first console as an adult and started with Resident Evil Zero and directly to RE4. RE4 was my favorite game for a very long time.

I really liked that laser sighting from the Gamecube RE4. I was very disappointed when they took it away in the Wii edition.
