- The first time I did this run workout on my treadmill, I was sweating! It's a 30 minute incline run designed by Ben Light of Adventure Your Potential (my coach). This is a great workout for improving endurance, engaging muscles that are not engaged on flat runs, building strength to climb hills/mountains and to burn some calories.
I have uploaded this workout to Google Drive for anyone to view and try. If your treadmill only goes to an incline of 10, just adjust down. Trust me, it's a great workout with any incline!
Personally, I live where it's flat, so this treadmill incline workout is really important for my upcoming 50k and 50 miler, because they both involve hills and elevation.

Tip: you can adjust the pace and incline to your fitness level. Start at slower speeds and inclines and then work your way up 😊
