Spider-Man 2 ● Perfect Stealth Gameplay - 4K | PS5
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is an action-adventure game developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. It is based on the Marvel Comics character Spider-Man, and features a narrative inspired by its long-running comic book mythology which is also derived from various adaptations in other media. It is the third entry in the Marvel's Spider-Man series, acting as a sequel to Marvel's Spider-Man (2018) and a follow-up to Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales (2020). In this installment, Peter Parker and Miles Morales struggle to navigate the next steps in their personal lives while combating several new threats, including a private militia led by Kraven the Hunter, who transform New York City into a hunting ground for super-powered individuals; and the extraterrestrial Venom symbiote, which bonds itself to Parker and negatively influences him, threatening to destroy his personal relationships.

Finally, someone who knows how to play stealth.
I miss the Gadgets from Spiderman PS4. Those gadgets made stealth really fun, now it just seems repetitive.
I agree, also I feel like we have fewer stealth sections in SP2.
@@OreVsWorld that's is a huge shame
Spiderman 2 is overhyped, no one ever mentions the lack of gadgets in the sequel as a negative, it's such blatant favoritism.
@@DeadEndScreamer yes, honestly the Stealth Gameplay form the first game is nonexistent in this game.
Now it's just Stealth and no gameplay or fun.
The only improvements from Spiderman PS4 are better visuals from a distance, additional costume variations, improved combat system with parrys and skills, and additional manurerving skills and animations.
BUT the stealth gameplay might as well be a job rather than gameplay, the gadgets have been replaced by skills with cooldown which sucks, the new animations are great but very complicated and sometimes don't feel like Peter's style of swinging.
I mean web swinging is like walking to Pete. He goes out for a swing to help him think, he does it when he's nervous, he brought a terminal patient along to give him a taste of hmthe Spidey life.
BUT I don't see many adult grown men (struggling to pay off their rent, lost their parents/immediate family, and have to fight crazy supervillains on a daily basis)- I don't many grown men who deal with all that, skipping down the street with a little hop or slide here and there.
*flashback to Tobey's dark dance and walk from Spiderman 3*
The additional web swinging animations are great, I like the idea of boosting up or forward, but it's not worth spending $60 and buying a new console.
ESPECIALLY when the story is shared between 2 main characters. Also the story is worse than the first for me (that ending ruins the whole meaning of what it means to be Spider-Man), and I will never get over how Peter and Harry look like their 18 years old.
For me the worst thing about this game is the "woke" approach that they took.@@zilch-x1054
I know a lot of people don't like the stealth in this game because they think it's too easy or that it adds nothing, but when you're playing as Spider-Man it's ALWAYS easier. Even in the first game it what a I went through enemies in stealth segments faster than I ever did as Batman and the reason for that is because Batman's only human with skills in espionage, stealth and Ninjutsu to help him but is still just a regular guy.
Spider-Man can stick to walls and cellings, use his webs and more and this honestly makes sense as to why you can get through stealth far quicker than as Batman. I like the stealth in all three games and to me this helps balance things out in terms of gameplay because I can decide how "I" want to play. Even in the first game and Miles Morales you DON'T have to do things quietly, you can just simply fight everyone and quite honestly you can do the same thing in the Arkham games, you just have to be careful.
I mean this is how I feel, but if any of you don't feel the same way than that's fine. I just finished 100% MARVEL'S SPIDER-MAN 2 again and LOVED it even more the second time round!
The thing is stealth will always be easier with a character with superpowers. Your right. But I feel the AI can still be a lot smarter. My thing isn't so much the AI though. If the game wants me to engage in more on rails/realistic stealth then I would invite more of a challenge.
But I just want to have some freedom of expression in the stealth, like in the first game. The first game had better gadgets and let you do normal attacks with stealth. So you could take down enemies in a lot more creative ways. I could straight up juggle enemies and web them into walls over peoples heads without anyone noticing. It's definitely not realistic but it was fun and satisfying. I can kind of do that in this game but only if I use Miles invisibility which I can't do with Peter. Even with invisibility it's easy to get caught messing around with normal combat even when an enemy is far away from everyone else.
@@jacobharris3002the combat was too basic in the first game though. In the second Spider-Man game you can use wall takedowns and ceiling takedowns that makes stealth a lot more fun then the first game. You could only really use the web strike takedown in the first game and perch takedown. It was very limited as far as combat that’s where SM2 is so much better,
Wall takedowns and ceiling takedowns are a welcome addition but even with that added it's still not as fun for me because their basically still one button takedowns with new animations. The novelty wears off pretty fast.
In the first game you didn't have to just use the standard takedowns or web strike. You could get a lot more creative with it by mixing in webs, gadgets and normal combat but it's not really possible in the newer games without instantly getting detected. There's a few cool things you can do with the gadgets and some of the abilities in SM2 for stealth. Although the new gadgets feel super random compared to the old ones and that can cause more or less the same course action to either work perfectly or blow up in your face.
As for combat, I agree it's better, but I miss the old gadgets and tech from the first game. I went back to the first game and it felt so weird not having the new stuff on the skill tree. You can't really be as creative with the old stuff taken out, and I feel that after my Ultimate playthrough, but the skill tree is much better and I'll struggle to go back to the older games because of that.

Lemme tell you, the stealth is easy because Ai is trash. You didn’t need to write these long paragraphs. Him being a superhero isn’t an excuse why the stealth is easier. This is easily the most dumbest explanation.
Stealth allowed for the most creativity in the first game, having a larger variety of useful gadgets and allowing you to use normal combat without getting detected. To make stealth as thrilling as possible you could abuse the absurd power of the impact webbing, concussion blast, trip mine and web bomb to speed run stealth segments. Or you could take a more creative approach and take out enemies without takedowns or do a mixture of both. My favorite ways to take down enemies was to use the swing kick and/or the attack off a wall to sent enemies flying, juggle them in the air and web them to the walls or the ceiling while the enemies were oblivious to what was happening. Another fun thing to do was to swing kick all the enemies off the rooftop without getting detected for bases on a rooftop. It wasn't perfect because the game assumed you were going to only use takedowns it locked you out of some combat moves in certain situations. For example, you could only do a swing kick most of the time if you dodged off something first and if you did a R2 webzip to it beforehand you had to move around a bit before it would work. Sometimes I could swing kick multiple times if I used the x web zip but it was janky and sometimes did air tricks instead. You could use the web pull and the off the wall attack in stealth but only after an enemy spotted you. So you only had a few seconds to take them out before they alerted everyone else that you were in the area. But at least the combat was still fun and mostly viable for stealth segments.
Miles Morales took most of that away by getting rid of the old gadgets and making the ai just smart enough for normal combat to not be viable but not smart enough to make normal stealth as fun. It's frankly too good when you try to use normal combat but otherwise they're pretty oblivious. Like how do you hear me uppercut one guy by himself several stories above you before I web him up but you never bother to look up even when you know Spider-man is in the area? I didn't like using the invisibility because the ai is already too oblivious for me to make the stealth easier. The gadgets were too conditional on the environment for me to enjoy using in stealth as much. Like that electricity gadget could only take out multiple enemies at once if you shot it into one of those electricity sockets or whatever they're called, whereas a web bomb could always do that as long as you could get multiple enemies next to each other off their feet or near a wall. It made it feel like I was being forced to take out multiple enemies at once the games way instead of my way which I don't like. The only real upside to the stealth in that game for me was that bases were fully beatable through stealth. I really wish the first game had that because I would have so much more fun with the stealth if it did.
Marvel's Spider-man 2 feels pretty similar to Miles Morales stealth except it is focused on even less than the other 2 games, which is honestly the right move since they keep downgrading it. The gadgets, in theory since I haven't actually tried it yet, are slightly less conditional than Miles because you should at least be able to combine ricochet web with the web pull or the gravity gadget to take out multiple enemies at once wherever or whenever you want. But they leave a lot to be desired still. The web line is a nice feature but trivilaizes the stealth even more if you just stick to perch takedowns. I would like to have It in the first game because I could use it in more creative ways there but in this game the only real use I see for it is perch takedowns which gets pretty boring after a while. I'm so accustomed to it from the first two games already so after seeing the new animations, which there weren't many, it got stale pretty quickly.
Holy cow😂😂😂
Bro wrote a book 💀
People must not read now if they think three paragraphs are a book. Sorry I can't summarize my thoughts into a few sentences for you but this should only take you what, 3 to 4 minutes to read? 5 minutes tops probably.
You know you don't have to comment right? If you're that impatient or don't think what I have to say is worth reading you can just keep scrolling. Why waste your time adding nothing on something you can't be bothered to read? Reading and then commenting may take you more time but maybe you get something out of that.@@Himmyhim12
I agree
Bro ain’t nobody reading that
The more animation based stealth of this game works perfectly with the no UI option
I had failed Stealth mode when I played this mission. Thank you.
So good. I need to play this game
2:22 that when I realized this is kid friendly because they should've died after having a car landing on them
I love this
Clean!
love ur videos I hope u get 1million subs
Thank you! One day.... :)
Incroyable
Man, that was great. I always want a full stealth, but MSR Just can't.
Easiest stealth. One of the games truly challenges you during stealth is last of us and part 2. The combat is really tough and rewarding in spider man 2 though
Not even close just watch When an ARKHAM PLAYER takes SPIDER-MAN STEALTH seriously v5
I've seen it, and he's playing the 1st Spider-Man game, which is superior stealth wise to the 2nd one. As you can see from the comments, most people say that the stealth in SP2 is limited.
Figured I'd look at your older vids 😂
Hope you like them!
@@OreVsWorld for sure bro I've been making spiderman 2 vids of my own so ima get some juicey ideas from yours lol
This seems to be a game where you go full combat mode on ,since thats the thing it does better then the first 1 stealth seems like a boring option
🤙🏿🤙🏿🤙🏿🤙🏿🤘🏿spider man Miles Morales e Peter é james Brown punk
1 month ago and 😮
Yuri gettin beaten by a fucking flamethrower and then having a whole boss fight with Peter is ridiculous 😂
What bothers me is that they have web bombs in cutscenes too. Also on the boat section, where peter begged miles for help against the propeller engine is dumb. He has gadgets. He doesnt need miles for that scenario. Just impact web or bomb web the engine like what? After the hype, looking at it with more detail and logic comparing to the first game pete, he definitely got stupider for no reason.
I agree 100%
I don’t quite like the stealth. The first game provided more options. This game is just rinse and repeat. There’s no other gadgets to choose, even though you can use them, it makes it more easier for the AI to see you.
You are 100% right, I agree.
@@OreVsWorld don’t worry I’m not hating on your video. I like your video, it’s just the stealth in the game in general is just off putting. And shows how they only cared about the symbiote, I apologize if this comment above seems I was hating.
No it's all good, I know you're not hating, I agree with everything you said.@@Kwayjie
Stealth in this game is a huge let down. Worst than Miles Morales
100%
This is why CZcams comments are to bad theses days. I rather watch the bloody gameplay then listen to your bs rants.
Unbelievable.
