I've searched and came with two locations, the first location is 22°06'44.1"N 91°23'23.5"W it's more likely to be this location because of it's location on the globe compared to the historical records, including Spanish maps and maritime charts, now the second location is 23°19'26.0"N 90°05'14.4"W and it is less likely to be this location but there is some kind of two sunken islands and very close to them there is a massive crack on the sea ground it's more or less 13 Kilometers long, even more, there is quite a few cracks is the area, So my conclusion is that the crack\s was made by a massive earthquake that made large pockets of space underground that eventually with time just like a sinkhole bluppped the island out of the blue, Now maybe second location isn't the Bermeja island but it could be other island that had existed in the area, For example Negrillos islands.
This video topic reminds me strongly of the Case of Graham Island/Ferdinandea, a volcano which breached the Mediterranean's surface in the 1800s and caused a minor geopolitical storm before quietly eroding away.
