Well it turns out that movie history could have been very different - and that's the story told by none other than Entertainer turned West End director Michael Barrymore. I love this man. He made my childhood and I'm loving this comeback.
I'm an Aussie, but I love watching episodes of his old Shows!!! I wasn't surprised that years later, (Wikipedia), he 'came out' as being gay...
I have no problem with that, and loved his persona throughout all those old shows!! He definitely had a way with 'talking' to people/kids!!!

That was a bit of a car crash interview. Not sure what Barrymore was on but he came across slurring and erratic. Also Gok was kicking off about something before the camera panned over to him

Seiously? After recent events ITV has given air time to a man who has NOT been able to successfully explain his part in the death of Stuart Lubbock. Also; he treated his crew terribly, and they'd be disciplined or sacked especially if they had eye contact with him.
Not to mention his wife and manager who he treat like dirt,he didn't even have the decency to attend her funeral,the man is a vile narcissist

Well all those fans on here would be saying the exact opposite if a member of their family had been found dead with massive internal damage by a group of people who claim they saw nothing. Barrymore left the premises because there was much to hide.

Michael Barrymore was once the biggest star on TV and the highest paid presenter. TV was gold back then. I absolutely loved my youth growing up watching this man. The funniest presenter I've ever seen, was a joy to watch.

I thought his speech sounded a little muffled. He's not had a live TV interview for a while, so imagine it was just nerves and excitement for the new West End project he has going on. I loved him on TV back in the day. Noone quite as enthusiastic on tv as him. I liked My Kind Of People & the game show My Kind Of Music. But the funniest was Strike It Lucky, which later became Strike It Rich.
He is quite old now and not done a live interview on years. Don't make it out to be something it's not because we all know what your getting at. Drink..
