Losing our fur babies is one of the hardest times of life. I remember crying for a week. It took me at least five years to open my heart for another fur baby to love. We now have had Jake for two years, and he's spoiled rotten. Can't live life without him, and he goes everywhere with us.
Happy Birthday Kenji. Nothing harder than watching them go down hill because they are so much a part of our family.

My cat of 15 years passed on Easter morning. He went downhill so fast, it was so heartbreaking to watch. He had his eye removed a few weeks prior to his passing do to an ulcerated eye. After his surgery he wasn't the same. He barely ate and was drinking more than eating. The few days prior to his passing he was hardly able to walk and wasn't eating anything. The vet told us he was in his final stages of renal failure. I think the surgery was too much for his already deteriorating health. Our animals are family and hurts so badly to lose them. I am sorry for your loss and may God give you peace at this hard time.
I had been thinking of how wonderful he was doing for his age. My Scooby-Doo, pitbull was Kenji's age & he left me June 2022 at 12 years old. I was recently thinking of how well Kenji was doing to stay with his family. His will to fight to stay as long as he could was his strong love for his family! I have no more words, only tears for now. 💥❤️🔥💔❤️🩹

We recently lost our Roxie. She was part Corgi, part Mini Aussie. I can attest you never get enough time with your fur babies. She was almost nine and had my wife and I wrapped around her little paw. I wasn't planning on crying today but seeing Kenji brought me many tears. He will know until his last breath God gave you guys to him and you let him know daily he deserves the very best. Thank you for what you do. A lot of us are quite pleased with your performance as human beings. Prayers going up for you during this time.
I had my BESTEST EVER cat, Fred, for 23-1/2 years, when he started having kidney failure and seizures. Hardest decision, to put him down. Then, his best dog buddy, Sam, was 16-1/2, when I had to put him down. My broken heart went for 6 years, before I could adopt other dogs, and cats. I have 4 dogs, 2 cats, 21 chickens, and 2 turkeys. They give us their best, and our best lives!! 🥰🥰
My sweet baby golden retriever, Chloe, passed away last night. We're going to pick her up this afternoon and head out to our land to bury her on the hill. You guys have given Kenji the best life he could have ever had. I KNOW your pain. I'm crying right now as I type this. I'm so, so sorry you guys. Just love him until the end. Then give all that pain to God. You guys have been wonderful. You've built quite the community and I'm happy I'm able to share this here. You are in my prayers. Love from Oklahoma.
