As someone who's father was a lawyer. It's Clear why you have to have a HOOD! If that motor explodes with a hood should keep most stuff under without it all flies up and into the crowd and these guys will be paying millions to these kids parents for the next 20 years. Plus Ohio has the worst in the Nation for lawsuits. Ohioans will sue anybody for about anything it seems. Im from N.C but have lived in Ohio for 10 years. Its BAD.

We have this ruling after a radiator blew up at our Florida event. Scolding hot water sprayed over a crowd with children is not something to take lightly.
