Lmao I’ve also had to clean in the dark in a house with hardly any running water 😂 learned my lesson real quick
Oh my God. One of the worst experiences ever no water at all. Can you imagine we had to clean a basement time that also had no running water but did have water on the first floor of what a mess

How should I price if I only offer move in/ out residential cleaning,post construction clean & office cleaning. I am in Southern California
I would charge by the hour. Residential cleaning in New Jersey is about $60 an hour. Post construction cleaning in New Jersey is about $70 an hour, and Commercial Cleaning is $35 an hour.
I definitely do your research call other Cleaning Company ‘s and go onto their website

Do you go into detail regarding the condition of their home? A lot of clients say their home is in good condition when in reality they require deep/heavy duty deep cleans when entering the home.
Hello. No I do not. I always assume the worst meeting that every clean as a deep cleaning. We do not offer standard cleanings unless you’re a recurring client.
