I do the same thing basically but I add it up at the end. I first add up the time of labour for the work needed and then at the end I multiply the total by the amount of profit I’d like to make. So a work estimated at 4 hour of labour and I want 25% profit, then I quote it as 4h x (hourly wage) + 25%

I used to work for a cleaning company so I can you what we used to do, not sure what other cleaning companies do but this is what we did: Basic cleaning = would be like cleaning the bathrooms, sinks, wiping down countertops, throwing away any trash like soda cans lying around ect. , emptying all the trash cans and putting new trash bags in them, sweeping and mopping floors and vacuuming. Is what we use to consider a basic cleaning. Deep cleaning for us = all the above, plus we would use a webster to get rid of all spider webs and dust the whole house including windows, blinds, furniture ect. and organize some things if asked.

The actual time it took would still be 4hrs. 2hrs per person. You can either charge 4hrs or double the hourly rate (for 2 ppl) and charge for 2hrs. Either way its the same but don’t charge 2hrs at a single persons rate or else you will be losing $$

RIght now, I don't believe there is anything like that. I think for floor treatments you'll want to use a sqft pricing system. Just make sure you know what your expenses will be for each job and make sure the end price is going to cover it.

Airbnbs don’t require much cleaning as a regular house. since the guests just slept there for a few days.
