Hundreds of trucks are already coming in on a daily basis, close to 500 trucks. Distributing aid once it’s in the country is Hamas’s problem, not Israel’s. What Netanyahu said was that there were attempts to establish a non-Israeli civilian governance in Gaza to take over the role of managing the population's needs. He also said that Hamas thwarted these attempts by attacking and threatening the ones approached. Foreign countries such as UAE refuse to take the reigns because they'd appear as if they're on Israel's side of the war. That means there were attempts by Netanyahu to establish a non-Israeli replacement for Hamas, contrary to what the guy says in the video.
