One of the top agents that observes heroes has started that, it feels like a God resides in Saitama's body. On two different occasions. I think it's some kinda foreshadowing or something.

Theory: The process of monsterfication is actually more common and less harmful than it seems. Anyone focused enough can get stronger and acquire power, it just "goes badly" when someone does that under stress or negative emotions. The process of a martial artist training and getting stronger to the point of doing super human feats is actually the same of a someone under stress becoming a monster, but only the later is seen by society as "monsterfication".
Someone becoming a crab monster because of his obsession with eating crabs wouldn't actually be different than someone training and getting strong with an obsession for "tank tops", it's just that the later usually comes from positive emotions and healthy habits.
And that's also what happened to saitama, he became so focused on training and overcoming his limits that we under went "monsterfication" and became a personification of "breaking limits", just like would happen to a monster, but because his change was positive nobody says it was "monsterfication".

I've been thinking about this. I believe saitama's power is a different kind of monsterfication. The physical transformation he went through is just going bald
Theory: Saitamas training was so rough for him that he literally died many times during it (or was close). As we know the limiter can be removed if you came in contact with death as said by gyro. So i think Saitama wasn't lying at all he was speaking the truth.
Almost, his training is actually just his warmup. The real training (where he actually faced death alot of times) was his daily monster hunting. He beat monsters stronger then him making him near death everyday. And yet the next morning he starts his routine and goes back to hunting

People like you, need to stop making sense. My brain can only fix itself so many times. However, that means that King would have some kind of mental block between him and blast, since he couldn't even draw Atomic Samurai's sword. So interesting idea, but that means King has multiple personality disorder.

Just a random theory but if the limiter idea is true then maybe Saitama had such a low limiter just the workout was enough to breakthrough it causing extreme growth spurred on by the lack of his limiter and the side effects he was experiencing was just breaking through it.
I always thought the deal was it wasn't so much that the workout was intense by human standards, but the fact that at Saitama's level of fitness it should have killed him, but somehow it didnt.
I think it fits because Garou went through something similar where he should have died multiple times, but somehow didn't and each time he came back way stronger.

Well no its just saitama was a regular guy who was not trained by any master so he couldn't have any water crushing fist or etc think of Garou for example he also broke his limiter but he was already a martial artist plus he broke his limiter way faster than saitama in 2 months than it took him and 3 years but thats the strange part because he did it for 3 years and he had no fighting style only having to try not and die from a attack he mostly though it was physical and brute force enemies if he had versed anyone like Royal ripper than saitama would have been dead far before he reached a limit breaker. Even than garou broke a limiter a couple of times but it was only 2 months in keep in mind hes only 18 and saitama is like 25 so its not that his limiter is smaller it just mattered the right circumstances he was in to only challenge monsters who were not enough to a actually kill him.
Saitama bassically was near death every single day by his monster hunting. But every day how much he was hurt he still does his morning routine and gets back to fighting. In opm universe you get stronger everytime you almost die in a battle. So....
@@Azriel_MRSaitama has removed his limiter but has always (and still does) had unlimited potential which is why he was able to defeat crablante without training and is constantly battling with the idea of his max potential.
personally i think blast is a time traveler, and is how he knows these things that aren't apparent in the manga

Hey don't forget Blast was shocked by Saitama when he fought god Garou and afterward
God is possibly everywhere at once, so Blast and his team gotta even travel through different times to conquer ! Could be the rest of the team mates are separated in different times and dimensions for different missions instead of being dead.
Also, something that I noticed is when Blast was with his partner he had no glasses, but his partner did. I am going out on a limb here but a am guessing his partner died somehow and he wears his partner's glasses as a tribute to him.

Unpopular opinion: One Punch Man season 2 is nowhere near as bad as people make it out to be! People only say it’s bad because season 1 was really good and since season 2 was good but not as good as s1 people like to complain and act as if it were garbage when it really isn’t. It’s a little bit above average and not that bad.
The only thing that catches me off guard is the sound effects with Demon Cyborg when punches. That about that.

Here's an idea. Saitama actually monsterized, and similar to Homeless Emperor, maintained his human form except his hair. The pain he went through while training would explain that.
Also a theory about Blast, his portals can travel to different universes. That would explain some of his knowledge.

Just saying, blast might not age at a normal rate, if he can manipulate gravity it may have some time dilatation type affect on his body
his body would need to be incredibility durable. since if he controlled his own body's density/gravity it would destroy him and anything around him since his atoms would be packed together, and if he controlled the gravity around him he would tear himself apart including his surroundings, in addition gravity really isn't a force and that's why it's so weak compared to other forces like the electro-magnetic force (FYI im not a scientist this is just what i know from doing a bit a research on JUST time dilation and the forces of the universe so there are bound to be some inaccuracies )

But did Blast mess up with Tatsumaki and /or Amai Mask? I wonder. Maybe he gave them the words they needed in those moments of confusion and uncertainty that would help them move forward in strength. If Tatsumaki never heard those words from Blast, would she have awakened her powers to where she could fight Psykos at the level she did? The same with Amai Mask. Blasts words were exactly what he needed to hear when he was cast down like he was. Those words help him hold on to his humanity when he's feeling the weakest and tempted to give in to the bloodlust within.
However, those words were not meant to sustain them forever, and this is where Saitama comes in. Blast wasn't there to personally ensure they make it through their most difficult struggles, but now that they have someone who is there they can rely on sometthing more beneficial for strength. So, it's like taking a vehicle to an airport and then getting on a plane to finish the rest of the journey. Blast gave them an automobile, and Saitama is the plane to carry them the rest of the way. Blast and Saitama are linked somehow. The story started out by telling us that Blast and Saitama are very much alike. In fact, I'd even go so far as to say it wanted us to believe they're either the same person or are related. I almost want to believe they're the same person, but Blast-- or Saitama-- is from a different dimension. Blast could be a Saitama who gained power in a way that didn’t cause him to lose his hair, and the powers he gained was of a different nature. Both are also almost god-like to the people they've helped. Maybe one is cause and the other effect/ father and son? I don't know but there's definitely a connection, or perhaps it's just a red herring fallacy and there's no connection other than they're both heroes that just happen to be similar. I'm interested to see where they take this.

One punch is more or less a parody manga so it would be within reason that his powers are also a joke, the reason saitama was able to break his limiter was because his limits were very low, garou wanted to be the strongest, had he beaten saitama he would have broken his limits, saitamas limits were most likely his training regiment and the specific amount of time to continue doing that regiment

2:18 Let's not forget about this Ancient King monster who claimed to have roamed the Earth since the era of the dinosaurs which he ruled over as he is king of the Terror Lizard Clan. Gets easily destroyed by Tatsumaki if you remember. If that counts, then it's proof that these mysterious beings have been around in the OPM world for a long time. A very VERY long time.
Ever wonder how this Ancient King was born? Maybe he was once a normal carnivorous dinosaur? A T. Rex perhaps? Then he somehow touched a cube and it turned him into what we knew him now until Tatsumaki destroyed him? Obviously God existed before the dinosaurs including the Ancient King.
That's only in the anime, and it was also a mistake. Tatsumaki was never meant to being able to pull meteorites from space.

For him not realizing king, maybe actually knows. If I was in his situation, and I believed the stories of king being super powerful, I'd have sent him to the front lines while I either find someone else or do it myself. Maybe he understands king has stupid levels of luck, which isn't always the best option for upfront combat. It is however, great for retreating. I don't think he CAN sense in the traditional manner. It's more of he can tell by small quirks in how someone reacts, or how well they read themselves, and less of like a power read. Blast seems to know a fair bit of everyone else, and if he knew what king was, he could probably put 2 and 2 together. He's not strong, but luck is always on his side somehow.
Saitama not showing fear may have indicated he's a tough cookie, but it wouldn't tell him anything else.

My best guess about Saitama getting as strong as he did is that as he grew stronger, he didn't realize he was actually increasing his workouts. On top of that, he kept fighting monsters all that time and his will power to be the strongest hero and defeat monsters with 1 punch is what caused his limiter to break. It's like his lack of common sense is what allowed it to happen.

Aren't there other unexplained powers from heroes that are not listed in your classification system? For instance, Death Gatling has that weird thing with his face that turns it into a skull. That does not seem like something a regular human can do, and he is not listed under the classification system. It feels like there are others humans who gain powers for mysterious, ungodly related reasons.
Since the opm universe is basically a parody of superhero shows/shonen anime the power system is probably also very diverse with its origins
So you'd have people who'd earn it (Saitama), Inherited/Born with it (Blue from webcomic), Consumed/From object (Genos because of cybernetics) and received from a different power through a deal, agreement or service (Psycho-Orochi)

I know Blast can manipulate dimensions and can create portals and go to another planet. And he's actually similar to Saitama it is possible he could be his son because Blast met God 20 years ago I'm not sure how old Saitama is he should be his 20s cuz he could have been born before or after. And when he had hair he looks a little bit like Blast with slight differences of course cuz it is possible he had a wife but it worked most of the time you know fighting monsters and saving the world but who knows I could be wrong.

having done saitamas training for a month i can say - you stop seeing results after about 2 weeks give or take
also did weight training after using his methods as a warm up
which is the only thing i'd really recommend it for
but even then you could half it and get the same results
AC isnt really a thing in ireland and saving money on heating was also good

I KNEW Blast got more powerful over time. I told people that. What a rock solid observation and theory! I'm starting to think that my theory about Blast also being a limit breaker is on point.
When Saitama was fighting Garou on Jupiter, Saitama said he has a feeling of deja vu, God was described by Psykos as the reminiscent of Jupiter's surface. So my theory here is Saitama have actually met God or was familiar with him but forgot because we know Saitama tends to forget things but if this was God he couldn't have forgotten maybe his memory was wiped out, maybe God bestowed his powers on Saitama thus helping him remove his limiter and maybe Saitama has already faced God before.
I very much believe, and have theorized, since the first season that Saitama is a monster.
His image is a parody of what a hero is, a Siluette at best.
And while Saitama has a strong mind, saying that he isn't derranged at all seems kinda wrong. Although his behaviour tends towards the positive he is absolutely a weirdo, specially to normal people.
