Hi, thanks. Well the app did work, but it's very limited, I expected more from it. Basically all I could do with it was check battery voltage. And OTA updates didn't work, that was a big let down. They are still updating the app so maybe by now it's working properly. I think it's a useless gimmick, and I wouldn't pay more just to get the "smart" features.
@@SquareOneFPV Exactly what I expected to be honest. For one, I won't use the bluetooth dongle as a lipo addon - I could imagine it being useful for huge battery packs, though. For drone flight packs, it's already a hassle replacing balance cables when the props get hungry and eat one. And maybe I'm paranoid but I don't want someone else to be able to mess with my charger. Just imagine some virus on your phone checking for nearby bluetooth chargers and when it finds one that's currently charging, it turns the amps up all the way. Edit: A real world example are all the chinese e scooters. If you see one standing around you can turn it on, connect via bluetooth and lock it. If the owner doesn't also have the app, they cannot use their scooter again until it runs out of battery which may take days to weeks if it's fully charged. Vice versa you can unlock any of them with any phone even if it wasn't paired to the scooter beforehand.

Hi, sorry to hear that, that's the first I here of problems with this charger. I can't really help you with this. I tried looking for how to firmware reset one of these online, but there's not much to be found... And it kinda sounds like a hardware problem. Best to try and contact ISDT or the store you bought it from. Hope you can get it fixed, replaced or refunded buddy, sorry I can't help you better, goodluck.
