+Danajia Lynch yes your foot does have to be touching the rubber, both feet to be exact, otherwise you will be called for an illegal pitch. Read a rulebook.

That's not pitching illegally. Pitching illegally is when you lift it during your drive, which she didn't. Your backfoot doesn't have to be on the mound, I've been told that my numerous coaches. And what do you mean her backfoot leaves the mound before her front? No where in the video did I see that.
