Gary feels tricked. After a trip to Arizona we now have a pony and more chickens 🤣🤣 The kids and I think it was a perfect out come ☺️ Appreciate y’all’s friendship ❤️
Love your family!!!
Did spurr get the life he deserved? Update please ❤😊
A little prayer from Denmark 🇩🇰
Thank you Jesus Christ for blessing Spur, and the people who take so good care of him.
May Spur get a good good life and health. ❤😊
Spur is very special and beautiful. ❤💐🥰😍
From a grandmother in Denmark 🇩🇰 ❤
Awww...little Spur---he's not a neglected pony any more. Any Pony who has his own Fan Club and is on people's prayer lists is pretty special. God Bless!
It is awesome. Thx for all your prayers!!
How about all humans that worked on Spur?! Vets, caregivers, all the others animals that plays & made him feel welcome.
Sometimes it takes a village!
Thanks even to friends that called the foster fathers to come get him!!! And all the great, caring fine humans that check on him online❤😊.!!!🥰💖😍👍
Love & kindness!!
Thank you for recuse beautiful horses 🐎 life's matters 🐎 the village people you all angels life's matter to all humanity animals ❤️ life's matter God bless you all angels life's matter people 🙏 to 😊
I have been watching spur falling in love with his dad, following him around, if he is rehomed you will miss this character and he will miss you terribly
I praying his eye gets better with your care 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Sweet little lad, reminds me of my rescue pony black Shetland pony who was blind in one eye also and had been ridden by adults. Until my dad bought her for $35 from the SPCA. She was my best friend, kept me out of trouble! Galloped her through our local park every day after school, the best of the best memories, now at 55 I still have vivid wonderful memories❤️💯🙏
What a sweet Shetland wishbone boy! (His butt makes a wishbone with his tail.) I've followed him through your videos. Poor thing... So sad about his eye though. This old man needs a sweet pasture to roam, a herd, and a loving family who will care for him as he lives out his silver years. ❤️
❤️
@@TheFarmonRoute66 I'm sure I'm far from the only one to say it, but Spur is really not a Shetland Pony. Sweet he certainly is,
He needs to see a boarded veterinary opthamologist! These type of vets can work miracles...
Agree. I didn't hear the vet mention any use of a hypersonic solution which can pull out that excessive fluid causing edema.
Spur looks like he loves being at The Farm.
I wish the best for little Spur. He seems to have acclimated to the loss of sight, so now it is just riding and training. He has a good attitude and temperament, which is a big part of it. Good luck, Spur.
Maybe some one will adopt him not for riding him but more for giving him a safe home hood good and love.
Thank you for your good care of this lil guy
I’d love to give Spur a home, always wanted a horse or pony of my own, I’d put him out in my backyard, where he could eat my grass, without weed killer unlike my neighbors, it’d give me a break from mowing the lawn and then I could save gas by hitching him up to a buggy and go fishing, we could enjoy our senior years together ….🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣, but I don’t think the city nor my neighbors would like the idea….I sure would though….🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣….God’s blessings upon you all and Spur. 👍❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
All Little Spur needed was “the touch of the Master’s Hand.”
He sure is a cute little guy!
Thank you!!
More pony for you Melissa and Jeremy ?? Plenty of room 😎
I wish he could go to a rescue and spend his remaining days enjoying life without being some kids pony 😢 thank you for giving him such great care ❤
I agree. So does Spur. He's been thru enough.
Some kids are a pony’s best friend. Depends on the kid. And the pony.
Love Spur!! Thanks for making him comfortable.
I see it's been a year and I'm just now watching this video but I was wondering if you were able to save his left eye? I sure hope so, he's such a sweet boy.
Big Spur did fantastic with Cordell’s professional hands and strength!
Wow!!! What a transformation. God Bless what you’ve done for him.
I’m praying for Spur’s eyesight 🙏🏻🥰 such a lovely horse
I wish you'd keep him . I'd watch him grow up. He's so sweet
Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things unseen. His eye looks better and hopefully feels better. Envision that eye healed and speak life! Shsh on doubting. By His stripes Spurs is healed and I’m sticking with it.🥰
❤️
Might be just wishful thinking but I think the eye is responding. You're doing a great job with him.
Spur is so sweet 🤩💖 my best friend's horse was blind in one eye, my horse was his seeing eye, we always rode with my horse on his left side (Rocky was blind in his left eye) and because Rocky knew and trusted Murphy he had no problems what so ever when we was out riding. Spur will adapt, he just needs a good horse friend to help him along and the right new owner that will love him . Thank you all for what you do for all the horses 😍👍💖
Yes, and he's such a good-looking pony too! He is eye candy for us horse and pony lovers. I hope his eye improves. Our farm neighbors rode a blind horse when we were kids. As long as you watched ahead and said "pick up" if she needed to step over something, she would start to trust you more and more. Because of her, I didn't hesitate to say yes to an offer to give us an aged blind gelding. All these years later, my daughter still loved him the very best. He loved being ridden and trusted his rider. We had an Arab mare who was in her mid-twenties, that was his seeing-eye dog, too. She would go to the gate and whinny to him so he could follow her out the gate into the other pasture.
Whoever ends up with him is going to be super lucky, little bit of a refresh to work some of the kinks out of him and I'm sure he'd be just fine for an experienced kid to ride.
Hi guys he's just as sweet as ever
Spur is adorable, and flashy, too! He should be on your T-shirts for next year! The farm mascot!
that would be fun!
A very sweet pony😊
He is so sweet 😍
Sweet pony! Wish I could buy him.
Such a sweet little fella! Spur is a real little gentleman! It’s so good of y’all to do what you do for these ponies. I’ll be interested in an update on how his eye is doing. 💖💖
What a sweet pony. If I had grand kids......
I love Spur!
Spur has his eye medicine now. He looks so sweet and gentle 🐴
So glad to see you doctoring Spur's eye. I hate to see how these animals get neglected.
Us too
Thank you for saving this little one ❤
Spur is a sweetheart...just a big sweetie pie...your good work is bringing him back!
Just a comment for you Alan and NOT being critical so please know that. I have English Bulldogs who always need some kind of medication in their eyes. My vet said to either put it in with a sterile gloved finger or Directly from the tube squeezing it into the bottom as you pull it down. All eye meds whether humans meds' or animals need to be sterile, not sure using your ungloved finger is the best way to do it. GREAT that you are doing everything to make this very nice pony into a very adoptable guy! He seems to be just a bit smaller than HIJO, so wondering if he is a pony/quarter horse cross. Isn't that what POA ponies are? In the UK they have lots of different kinds of ponies and the Welsh ponies over there are comparable in size to Spur. Good for young and early teens, easy to mount and fun to boot!
He looks so sweet!!!! Gentle and sound
Well done you! I can’t believe his hooves have recovered! Thank you for the rescue and the share! ♥️🐴♥️
Lulu needs a friend! ♥️
Beautiful spur. Prayers he he gets better and find the greatest comfort from he’s new family ❤
Such a good pony ❤️. Maybe he should be called Spike instead of Spur, his mane is so cute sticking straight up 😍😍😍
Keeping my fingers crossed Spur regains his sight!!
us too!
Remember nothing is impossible.
Prayers for Spur to regain his sight in his bad eye. He is just a precious little pony and so trusting. I hate that he will be broken hearted again when he gets rehomed. I can see how much he trusts you. And he loves you, always happy to see you and follows you around when he can. Poor baby, he has had enough strangers in his life. It must be difficult to not know where to call home.
His eye looks healthier and more comfortable than before, so even if he doesn't get his sight back, you've improved his quality of life.
What a sweet boy. Just needs some more focused work with him. You guys are doing God's work. I love seeing how gentle and kind you are with him.
He looks good.
That is one sweet pony
Beautiful baby. I'm glad he's getting the love and attention he deserves!❤🐎
I like your gentle and quiet but knowledgeable and respectful easy ways with our equine friends, it's in your entire demeanor :)
Spur would make a fantastic ride for a small child if he’s being led just to be on the safe side, if the rider is confident and able then all should be safe and well, keeping my fingers crossed that he gets the sight back in that eye, he’s adorable, tfs x Julie 🇬🇧
For future reference: When applying eye ointment apply (straight from the tube preferably) along the inside bottom lid of the eye. Try not to touch the lid or scratch with tube. Make sure he doesn't think you're trying to touch his eye. The bottom lid it will then get onto the eye on its own.
God bless you and your ministry.
Lucky pony . So sweet how could anyone be so abusive. He looks so.much better.
Hailey has been waiting for an update on this sweet horse! She's excited to watch on our way to school this morning.
That’s awesome 💕 hi Hailey!!
As positive as we are I'm more convinced as long as he's loved and cared for properly at this point I feel this would be a fair trade off for his one eye! Again I thank you for your love of our 4 legged family! God bless
He is such a pretty little pony. He is well taken care of on your farm. Someone is going to get a great pony❤❤
Dang I thought he was a looker belore love and care. He is a true beauty
HE IS A BEAUTIFUL PRECIOUS HORSE. I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE HIM AS MY OWN. SO SPECIAL.
After knowing about his blind eye, it was noticeable how he turned his head when you approached him!
Yip he did it right when Alan walked in the pen
love walker farm when the chicks hatched out and she called them route 66 chicks i smiled that was what i was thinking love you all good job with spur
I know. I love it. They are such a great family
I pray that Spur will find his forever home. He has a lot of viewers falling in love with him. Vickie, hope your feeling better. I’ve been fighting cold and bronchitis.
I wonder if 'goo gone' on a rag would work on removing that auction sticker glue. Spur has come a long way & I hope you find him a awesome forever home.
wd 40 does to we are out headed to the store today
Nice to hear you back again Vicki! Hope you are feeling better. Aww little Spur is such a happy and cite pony. I'm still praying he gets his sight back!
Thank you so much!
Loved the 3 videos I saw. What a sweet little pony. Hope he has a lot more good years for some family.
For future reference…if you place that tube of ointment under your underwear band for a while and get it to your body temperature, it will soften and become a thick liquid. That way you can place thick drops in the eye instead of having it stick to your finger like a wax.
He even drops his head for the halter! Great pony❤
I love what you do for your horse's my Grandpa had a farm with 2 milk cow's and 5 horses and chicken's, pigs. I'm 69 year's old but I still have fond memories of the farm.
Adorable
👁👁 love Spur…🫶🏼 🐴
Beautiful little pony Allen.
Such a handsome boy!
I ride Appaloosa/TB X that unties his slip knot every time. Luckily he just stands there and enjoys his Spa treatment. We call them baths.
Everyone here loves Spur. Sending Spur forever home and shower apples and carrots.
Spur is looking good. thank you for what you do. i have a horse that is blind in one eye and is great! whoever gets that pony will be very lucky!!
Beautiful horse. I don't suppose the authorities would let me keep him in my living room. Come to think of it, my wife won't either.
Maybe the Walker family needs this pony too, so they have a team to pull a little wagon for kids. They could be fun to do a cover wagon like Oklahoma state, and the 24th July church activities. Spur need to see how he does a trail ride away from the place with your son. Make a video 📹 to show how he does around new surroundings, this Saturday.
I doubt he would want to leave your place. I do watch the Route 66 folks also
He's still beautiful flaws and all
Totally agree ❤️
You are living in a nice scenery, so beautiful out there😍
Thx
thank you
He be good as a companion for another animal also for pony ride. I hope he finds a good home. 🦄
we will make sure he finds a good home
Spur deserves a home where he will get lovede on and pampered till he goes to that endless range in the sky
TOTALLY AGREE
Thank you for sharing, I pray that God blesses you today! Hugs and love to you and your family. 💖✝🤗 Have a beautiful and blessed week. God Bless 💖✝🤗
It's wonderful you helped this pony thankful for people like you for the love of animals
My first horse was blind in one eye, it was never an issue as long as I let him know I was coming up to that side.
After checking out the Walker's family video 📹. They need spur for the older kids to ride, because there legs 🦵wouldn't drag on the ground.
I didn't know I would fall in love with a pony
He is such a nice pony please make sure he has a good home and you keep in touch with the owner. We don't want him to be moved onto another bad home. I have rescue itvgas taken my 4 year to rebuild her. She's never going yo be neglected again.
Shame, I did say on his previous video that he’d make a great kids pony but maybe a nice lil field companion. He’s a sweet guy ❤️
❤️🙏sending prayers for Spur.. God will bless you for what you have done for him.
I noticed when Spur Runs, He looks like He's prancing 💖,since his feet were so bad He couldn't Run 🙏.
It's funny how Ranger could have used a taller Ride 👍.
JO JO IN VT 💕😄
Spurlooks adorable. Vickie, your voice sounds like you are not quite bsck to your usual self. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Take it easy until you feel good sgain!
Thank you so much. I’m getting better 💕
A really sweet horse.
I think the eye looks better
Remarkable improvement in his eye!
You can see that the pain has ebbed.
A lovely pony, easy to develop deep feelings for him.
You are lovely people!
Sounds like you love him
already so why not keep
him to make sure he's
happy and safe?! 😄
NanaAnn:( the "instigator")
it could be wishful thinking but I thought that Spur turned his head like he could seee movement on that side.
He is beaitiful
THANK YOU
Placing the gell or ointment into the lower lid of the eye actually works pretty well.
Such a pretty boy...
Im gonna watch this new video, love to see The farm on route 66❤
Thx
Spur really is a beautifully marked pony. I hope the antibiotic cream has improved his eye and that Spur gets another miracle (in addition to you rescuing him and bringing him to the farm) that the steroids will clear up the fluid in his eye but also restore some vision in that eye. That would be such a wonderful and unexpected blessing!! ❤❤
