Great video. We really like everything that the Pose Method teaches and utilize it a lot. Hope to make it to a course someday.

Pulling the support leg as you fall, takes some practice. I have been worked on this aspect of pose for some time . Still not there yet.

Everyone does whats called 'falling' in the pose method, if you don't lean forward you fall backwards (because of conservation of angular momentum). Ask yourself, when did you fall backwards when starting to walk at a green traffic light last time?

Falling makes natural sense, doesn't it! But I think you need to watch people more because that's not what they do, as a matter of fact, many actually unknowingly resist forward movement. Also, leaning is not the same as falling.

Read about running form, as "pose" running is about 10% of what actually makes up proper running form and a few things that have no place in a runners mind, such as "falling" unless you coming out of the blocks or the first few steps at the starting line. During the act of running falling is the last thing you should have in your mind. Once you better understand proper form and a few running dills, FYI, nearly ever drill in this video is almost a proper running form drill just not executed with proper running form in mind, and modified to fit the pose method. Google "falling starts" it's an actual sprinting drill performed by most elite sprinters. And you will see where this method was stollen from and renamed. But again it might be 10% of actual running form.
I'm just disturbed that so many people are talking about this pose thing. It's just going to cause more complicated form issues for the runners in the future, if not injuries.

You seem to be confused about a few things, but I want to start by clarifying the origins of falling starts. The pose method was developed in 1977 and used in US at an elite level starting in 1993. Let me know if you still have any questions as to who took what from whom and when.
