Engineers are great. But they get hot after awhile. And you really need to give them some love with the sand paper on the inside if you want it to be butter smooth.

I love how you just eyeball the stem cutting! I measure 3 times, cut 4 times…and hope I have some spare stems! 😂 This dial looks awesome!
