    This is great, thankyou.I have wondered how to stain an instrument with lighter binding and purfling . Stain seems to bleed under the tape when it is taped off.

    Great video, Jeff. The secret is how much, or little you sand out the first application. You can use the same amount of stain, but sand for effect. Thanks, Jeff.
