Where is Rice’s best position? Does Mikel Arteta still need to improve his in-game management? Is there still more to come from Arsenal? Find out on The Premier League Review.

I love Fabio Vieira but my concern is whether he can handle the 8 role. He has been tried there many times when xhaka was out and there was no defensive balance. Regardless of Havertz's deficiencies he has won the most possession and duels "dooels" in the final third as a chelsea player last season. I wish we had a player with Vieira's offensive capabilities with a Havertz pressing engine.

For those that are like Fabio Viera is better than Kai drop Kai for him y'all don't realise that Arteta is building a team that doesn't start the same players week in week out. Fabio Viera was benched in his first season understandably because he came from Porto and needed time to be acclimated with the tactic. Now it seems he has however Kai has been in England and needs to adapt to the team AND the squad get acclimated with Artetas second tactic because believe it or not, Arteta is not thinking of the next game now, he is thinking the 25th and 30 games later where interchanging these tactics will be crucial so Havertz building a relationship now makes the most sense before they rotate. If y'all are saying omg he is waste of money, then y'all never seen Kai because his role now is no different from Bayer, same as Xhaka last season who played the same way he played at Gladbach. I watch Bundesliga regularly and believe me it's a dream to see Kai here this early and Arteta being the guy to unlock him is a dream because everyone else just looked at stats and thought oh yeah stick him as a false 9 it will work when no he is a Thomas Muller if anything

We have been trash on set pieces defending. Zonal marking isn’t working. We have too many players in the same zones. Rashford cannot be defending there. He needs to be the outlet. Eriksen can’t play against top sides. His lack of mobility and mediocre instincts on defense were on show for that Odegaard goal. He gets too close to the goal, where Dalot and Licha already were. Eriksen needs to be cutting the passing lanes. He’s never going to win an aerial duel. I can’t wait for Amrabat

Dont see it that way bro. Rice is just an above average player only. He is not in the class of exceptionally good top rated player. That means he cant carry a team on his shoulders if need be. I really don't know why people are underestimating Liverpool just because they had a bad season last year. It's really strange. Klopp's side is the only team that has been able to go toe-to-toe and even win a league while Pep is still in charge. Arsenal has only had one impressive season and didn't even push City to the end. City won the league early, not on the last day like they did with Liverpool. Arsenal may have beaten United, but this United is still a work in progress.

Man City played poorly for the first half of last season and still won in canter. They've started well this season and are looking like 100+ point team so, Arsenal will need to win 30+ games this season for any chance with a far weaker squad and European football. Its going to be another season of who will finish 2nd - 4th.
